Should have name changed for this but I'm to lazy, oh the shame Grin

After seeing Mrscampbellblacks nick name on the s&b threads. It reminded me how much I enjoyed her books. Can anyone remember what sequence they follow before I pounce on the second hand book shops.

Was it polo, riders, jump.

Cameron shoud be played by the woman who used to play Jak Naylor in Holby. She'd have to ditch the red hair but she's got the insecure bitch thing spot on.

skinmysunshine · 04/05/2012 21:59

I think Helena B-C could do a great Maude. Somehow I see Amanda Holden as Dame Hermione. Richard Armitage could be Wolfie maybe?

Found myself on the old thread funnily enough - diff name.

KenDoddsDadsDog · 04/05/2012 21:58

What about Helen Campbell Black?

SleepyFergus · 04/05/2012 21:53

Richard Armitage - yes, he defo deserves a part. Jake perhaps? Or Ricky?

fussbucket · 04/05/2012 21:51

Right, just been rereading the old Jilly thread, we've GOT to find a part for Richard Armitage.

SleepyFergus · 04/05/2012 21:48

Maud - a younger Stephanie Beecham.

Declan - ???

MessyTerrier · 04/05/2012 21:47

Rupert Penry-Jones has to be RCB . Sorted!

fussbucket · 04/05/2012 21:46

Oh YES Jojay - had me in stitches and caused me to root out Riders for another wallow!

skinmysunshine · 04/05/2012 21:45

Jojay that thread inspired me to read Jilly in the first place.

skinmysunshine · 04/05/2012 21:44

What about Taggie and her parents?

fussbucket · 04/05/2012 21:44

100% yes for Ian McShane as sleazy Tony

skinmysunshine · 04/05/2012 21:41

Ooh no Cameron not Halle Berry for me - she's someone harsher. And she needs to be younger as isn't she looking for a break in Rivals which is why she gets together with the sleeze Tony (Ian MacShane?)

Lysander needs to be someone young, fun and dumb. Harry Styles?

There must be a role for Bill Nighy somewhere?

Ranaldini looks like Jose Mourinho in my head

Jojay · 04/05/2012 21:35

Remember this thread, Jilly fans?

Had me crying with laughter

fussbucket · 04/05/2012 21:26

I wonder if Jilly does Gransnet? Shall we link to there and find out?

SleepyFergus · 04/05/2012 21:26

And off tangent a bit here, but one of the woman that Lysander works on should defo be played by Alison Steadman (Pamela in Gavin and Stacey)

fussbucket · 04/05/2012 21:26

I visualised Cameron as Halle Berry at the time - that bit of casting done!

Whirliwig72 · 04/05/2012 21:24

Oh yes Cameron (thank you sleepy )!!! Yes I can see Halle pulling that off very well!

SleepyFergus · 04/05/2012 21:22

Who I oddly see played by Halle Berry...

SleepyFergus · 04/05/2012 21:22

Cameron!

Whirliwig72 · 04/05/2012 21:21

Who was the American woman in Rivals who wore Fracas perfume and had a thing with Declan's son?

Gigondas · 04/05/2012 21:20

Penry jones as Ricky Frances lynch?

Whirliwig72 · 04/05/2012 21:19

Ooo yes Fay would be perfect as Janey! Can see here doing sexy slattern very well!

mycatsaysach · 04/05/2012 21:18

yy to fay

Whirliwig72 · 04/05/2012 21:17

Kitty - Susan Boyle Grin

SleepyFergus · 04/05/2012 21:17
