Really? Like 55 long-running threads full of fixated people who kept the receipts, matched the timeframes etc who are scrutinising RF inaction re AMW behaviour??

The number of threads is proportional to the volume of information put into the public domain by the principals.

Hence there are multiple threads dedicated to the Sussexes and their PR issues.

I am not convinced about this - I asked a few weeks ago what was the marketing campaign for As Ever - we would not see ads here in the UK on UK media as As Ever doesn’t ship here and none of the US contributors could point to Ads in MSM on SM over there so it was decided that there was no advertising campaign in place.

I might make sense that MM wouldn’t take money from The Sun for her comments directly but may have struck a deal for free advertising of As Ever in response to cooperating with their reporting. She has said that she plans to launch As Ever in the UK so this would be a lucrative opportunity here and also The Sun exclusive online would be viewed in the US which is her current market.

If she has done this it’s very wrong headed to shoehorn in an opportunity to offload her tat and UPFs in the context of what appears to be extensive and prolific child rape and this will backfire on her. I really hope she hasn’t done this for the victims sakes.

The Sussexes have been working closely with the Sun for some time, particularly Matt Wilkinson, who has had several exclusive stories.

It's more likely that there has been an advertising deal for As ever to run alongside Sussex stories, and it is unrelated to the current story.

I find it extremely odd that Meghan was allowed to make a copy of this letter, and then kept it on file.

I’d have thought being able to make a copy would be a breach of some kind. Her keeping it suggests it was held as evidence for exactly this occasion.

And I think it’s disgusting that it’s now being shared with the media by her team.

It’s all so very cynical and calculated.

Mylovelygreendress · 24/10/2026 11:19

Ponoka7 · 24/10/2026 09:21

They are also calling child abuse images, child porn, they are just about selling more copies.
The MET have opened an seperate investigation. If it was (and it should have been) an ongoing criminal investigation, then Meghan couldn't have gone public without jeopardising it. Perhaps the length of time was because Thomas moved from place to place and there's always something not quite right when a man flees to the Philippines. The letter was given via the Royal Family Threat Unit, as is usual when there's any form of threat, even towards reputation, to the involved royal member. Have we forgotten how Katherine's brother had to be told to stop his dealings with Russians? Or over the years told to stop using his royal connection to get busines? The MET are to answer questions, it won't come via H&M. Posters are acting faux confused, as though they know the inner workings of the royal family and how they are constantly advised by the FTAC via the MET, which was confirmed via the security court cases.

Are you meaning James Middleton ? Catherine’s brother ? What “ dealings with Russians” are you talking about ?

Ponoka7 · 24/10/2026 11:19

@smilesy that's what I said, they are investigating the letter and their response. I've put more in a previous post. Posters are going off on flights of fancy, seemingly so unaware how much the royal family are protected even over a loss of reputation, claiming that there's no way the MET would receive a letter like this. Parts of this thread is ridiculous and just like everyone jumped on Axel R parents doing everything they could, when they aided and abetted their son, why not learn by their mistakes, not prove themselves to be utterly stupid and wait. A lot of posters need to examine their bias.

She's covered feeling helpless during interviews. Not being able to protect Meghan from the press, not wanting to unintentionally add to rumours. Saying out of the press to give all of them privacy. Not understanding the lack of reaction and help from the Royal family. Doria doesn't deserve her life being picked over. Katherine's family certainly wouldn't stand up to scrutiny, but her family's wrongdoings are brushed over, Doria doesn't deserve any less than them. Thomas fled to Mexico then the Philippines. It took years to extradite Glitter, even though there were children (then adults) speaking out.

Doria isn't being "picked over".
Nonsense.

I think this letter doesn’t exist or was fabricated. Sounds like Thomas Jr and MM are conspiring against their father.

On Instagram in 2023 the son was making statements about his dad and disturbing tales about girls on trips to Thailand, that (he speculates) may have contributed to the demise of his marriage to Doria.

If he was the author of the letter and his claims were vague rather than specifics of who/where/when I can understand why it was felt there might not be enough credible information to base an investigation on.

God only knows why Harry thought a world wide slagging off of his family was a good idea when armed with the knowledge that his new bride’s family closet was not exactly skeleton free. It’s like moving into a greenhouse with the express intent of throwing stones from it.

Or trying to machine gun the pigeon called William in the tree by shooting through the roof and then wondering you’re covered in broken glass and then blaming William for your bloody head.

notimagain · 24/10/2026 11:24

Frankly I'm increasingly visualising the HAMs as something like Pig-Pen in the Peanuts cartoons....trailing around, popping up, always surrounded by a cloud of heaven knows what..

My default now is that everything is done or effect, and that nothing they say as an entity an be trusted to be the truth, nothing can be taken at face value.

Might just be me but it's pretty awful.

FiddlyLeafFig · 24/10/2026 11:25

AtIusvue · 24/10/2026 10:54

You know, no there isn’t. Because everyone is in agreement about AMW. There’s no counter arguments put forward so there isn’t much to say is there?

Unlike these threads, which can attract posters who seem very keen on defending Meghan and thus keep the threads going and going.

So well done on your contribution to the 55 threads.

Because everyone is in agreement about AMW. There’s no counter arguments put forward so there isn’t much to say is there?

read my post again. Is everyone in agreement about RF inaction about AMW?

well I guess at least HaM havent paid £12 mln to TMS victims to try to make it all go away, like it happened with RF and AMW/Guiffre

I really wouldn't want to work with an organisation who wrote crap like this about me, so it's certainly an interesting choice to make.

A key question is what they actually told her. Did they really say ‘we’re going to investigate your father for CSA?’ or ‘we’re going to contact the letter writer of this nasty garbage as it’s harassment’?

And don’t forget the HaMs are people who have a hotline to the Home Secretary yet they were remarkably incurious and quiet about how any ‘investigation’ into her father was going.

They also had the ear of Gavin Newsome for years, the governor of the very state TM is a citizen of, and who no doubt could use his own influence for investigations to be carried out behind the scenes.

The notion that Meghan couldn’t say anything about the allegations to the press because mud sticks, so had to make up an alternative story for the estrangement is a complete straw man. As I said in the other thread, she didn’t have to say a single word about any of it. All she had to say is that it was a private family matter and ask the press to respect that. But she monetised her reasons for the estrangement on Netflix, as did Harry in Spare. And created a big deflection from the alleged truth in the process.

Also the notion that this extremely powerful (platform/connections wise) self proclaimed feminist and child protection advocate couldn’t do anything about the allegations against her father is another straw men. Ordinary, powerless, women (and men) have had to put themselves through hell to bring abusers and predators to justice and deal with being disbelieved and vilified. They have had to stand up in court and be called liars. These are people without huge and vocal support groups like the Sussex squad, without the likes of Gloria , Oprah, WHO and the Kennedy Foundation in their camp, without sympathetic and friendly journalists in numerous media outlets, and without millions in the bank to pay for their own private investigations and lawyers. The “helpless Meghan” narrative now being pedalled out by her supporters is one big pile of horseshit.

I don't think it's reasonable to blame Meghan for As ever adverts appearing in the Sun stories - it's likely to have been an advertising deal unrelated to the specific story.

Are the adverts online or in the print edition? Because if online might they not just be some sort of algorithm? Not that I don’t think she might stoop that low. But…?

I think it does exist, I believe the Met have now confirmed that it does and was shared with Meghan in 2018.

The whole thing is extremely odd.

None of the extended family of married in members of the RF deserve scrutiny but they get it. Catherine’s family have endured a lot more scrutiny than the Ragland side of MM’s family and have withstood it.

I don’t think Doria Ragland needs to speak in public, which is why I was surprised she chose to do so for Netflix.

She’s not responsible for what the press prints about MM and can’t control it, but she could support her daughter in handling it emotionally. Not saying she didn’t, but MM made no mention of that in her various complaints about how unsupported she felt.

Genuine question btw, I'm not being goady but all my search brings up is yesterday's story about them confirming they're investigating if it was sent.

I have to admit I wonder about the existence of the letter. If the Met are trying to find out what happened eight years ago when they allegedly passed a letter on, there is plenty of scope to accuse them of being at fault (I’m not saying they are not) and also to claim that the letter was
lost or destroyed. It’s going to be hard to prove one way or the other

News report I just heard on the radio (BBC) said that the Met are now carrying out an internal investigation to find out exactly what was done. Doesn't sound as if they have confirmed they received any letter yet

I agree. In the Oprah interview, when Meghan talked of her suicide ideation when pregnant, it appeared that Harry was unable to find her help. (Some husband) Neither of them referenced calling her Mum or even asking her for advice.

AtIusvue · 24/10/2026 11:37

The Met will have to confirm:

  • the existence of a letter
  • the date
  • who passed the letter to Meg on what date
  • What info she was given about potential for an investigation
  • who gave her assurances that it was being investigated
  • who told her she wasn’t to talk about it because it could jeopardise the non existent investigation.

It might take weeks, but I’m pretty sure Megs story will start falling apart.

Dontevenlookatme · 24/10/2026 09:33

What are you claiming about Prince Philip?

Your post doesn’t make sense.

His private parties featured 13 year old girls. We know Mountbatten abused children every way possible. We know Prince Charles made Savile untouchable. He shielded the pedophile Bishop Peter Ball. We know they tried to ignore Andrew/Epstein. Princess Anne disappointed by standing by Andrew, thinking it was a fuss about nothing, saying that Charles went too far and offering him accommodation. But they have all been brought up around pedophilia. But let's put Meghan and now Doria on trial.

Well this thread has gone from H&M to Doria, her registration, her letting Thomas have partial residency, her not reporting anything. Her and Meghan's MH. Like we all don't know how secretive and manipulative child abusers can be and that men who abuse children, don't always abuse their own children. It's like all reasoning has left the building.
