Welcome to the EastEnders spoilers thread, where we post and talk about any EE spoilers we've read about, including those in early release episodes on iPlayer.

Two current stories - the grooming of Amy and Kat neglecting her kids and lashing out in grief - ate god, but the writing for the Hawkins characters hasn’t been thought through properly and it’s affecting the show.

I’m not sure if I’m wrong here but I think the slater moons should cut Kat some slack. I know she’s in bed and got other kids etc but there’s plenty of them there to care for the kids, I don’t know why they keep on mothering her about doing this that and the other.
going in , giving food, checking in is enough, not constant pep talks and talking about washing Zoe’s bedding etc.
Craig is vile, I hope this storyline ends fast, the same with Ned but I fear the Ned story will be done to death

EmeraldShamrock000 · 14/10/2026 10:02

I hope Nancy stays on. Ned really is ruthless. Only a psychopath would have their child beating up on the street.
This storyline will get dark.
Mark could have refused and gave Ned a punch, then told uncle Phil.

See I watch Hollyoaks too and I love the silly dramatic dynamic of it , the fact it’s so clearly a soap and not close to real life. What I’ve always appreciated about Eastenders is that yes it’s a soap but it entertains in a different more interesting way. I recently thought.. let’s try and watch Corrie as it had a few interesting storylines, but the acting was sooooo wooden and poor that I immediately appreciated the acting levels of Eastenders again. So, anyone getting a bit fed up of EE , take a dip into Corrie 😅 it might work for you too!

I doubt Nancy will stay on, she’s pregnant in real life and Linda is leaving. The only thing Nancy has on the square is Jonny. I would love her to stay though, from that first ever scene in the registry office, I’ve loved her 🤣 I forgot how good she and Zack are together in terms of acting and chemistry on screen. It’s been lovely having her back.

EmeraldShamrock000 · 14/10/2026 10:21

Oh good for her. I didn’t know that she was pregnant in RL. Hopefully she returns.

MyWildOliveGoose · 14/10/2026 11:09

Aaah.. Kat today, honestly felt sorry for Jasmine. Kat does play it so well, every emotion is felt.

I hope Amy sees Craig for what he is now he’s doing this to Denzil! Acted so well between the teens. Hopefully Denzil will tell someone what’s going on. Kim would understand tbf, but he might not think so.

Maybe Ned is gun man ? I am leaning towards Kat too.

It's about the time they start collecting enemies for the person that gets shot at NY. So far we have Kat, Ravi, and Cindy, possibly Ned, but not sure how. I reckon Craig will be in there somewhere too.

Jake Wood did an interview not long ago and said “autumn is quite exciting, there’s a lot of ‘how many people can Max make hate him’ and I can’t wait for it to play out” or something along those lines but, Max seems to be taking a backseat at the moment. Hoping it all gets a bit more exciting soon x

I feel Lauren is likely to end it with mark if she finds out about the beating.

the80sweregreat · 14/10/2026 12:27

Lauren is going over to mark NYD , so I doubt she ends it with him. Unless it’s about the mysterious text she got

Shellingbynight · 14/10/2026 12:31

Going by the photos of Maddie (Nancy) arriving on set on August, she looked 8 months pregnant herself - that bump isn't fake, it's her!

Every storyline this autumn seems to be about a pregnancy or a baby.

the80sweregreat · 14/10/2026 12:33

Lots of babies recently. Soaps seem to thrive on them

murasaki · 14/10/2026 12:36

Jessie Wallace is knocking it out of the park for me. I loved her and Phil together today, he was really trying. Poor Alfie, he's been trying to suck it up, but has clearly cracked now. I even felt sorry for Jasmine.

the80sweregreat · 14/10/2026 13:24

Oh no! Kat was out of order saying that to Jasmine.
Poor kid and I’m not a fan of hers usually.
Too harsh

No, she will feel as though she’s responsible too as she told him to do whatever it takes because “it’s worth it” , didn’t she? Granted she had no idea what had been asked but it won’t be hard to connect the dots.

Especially with his bloody knuckles. Was very surprised Nicola didn’t clock them in the cafe

I know, she’s usually so clued up.

lots of speculation that this is going to be another closeted gay parent via TikTok, especially after Ned’s reaction to Mark grabbing him up today. I zoned out as I am very much over that storyline already lol

lol. I hear you. I’m interested because I’m making the best of what I have in front of me 🤣

Shellingbynight · 14/10/2026 14:55

I bet Ned was knocked back by another soldier he fancied when he was in the army. So he buried his sexuality blah blah.

If they had led into this more slowly and given Ned some light and shade that might have been interesting, but he's gone too villainous too fast.

TurquoiseDreamCatcher · 14/10/2026 20:03

Tommy is suddenly a giant!

NowNumber5 · 14/10/2026 20:04

Oh Kat, gawd luv her "you're Zacked!" made me laugh

Me too! She really pulled it out of the bag tonight 👏

the80sweregreat · 14/10/2026 20:10

I feel so sorry for Tommy.

Shellingbynight · 14/10/2026 20:51

I felt sorry for Tommy too. And Bert and Ernie.
Kat was brilliant, and I loved her scene with Phil.
Even Mo was good.
I could have done without Alfie and his a face like a yard of gravy.
