No, I think that Gemma is like that! She is clearly wary of Ned though. Not sure what to think. Jodie just finds her amusing , but not in a good way.
Wonder how much jeans old place is worth ?

Phil had an affair with Dawn Swann and she was a bit like Gemma in personality. So might happen.
Even if Jumpers is a distant relative

I think it depends how we judge them. If they are really good actors they can carry off nuance and complexity. If they're just decent then it's pretty much face value.

Are both max and Gemma and ned looking to buy Sukis house or rent it? Surely none of them can get together a million or so for a house. And when didi Max buy a property abroad and with what? Those photos online did look nice tho.

Yes, agreed.
A very good actor like Phil or Sharon will manage to convince whatever script they are given. Put together Craig + poor script... you get poorly delivered shite.

I thought today that even Jack&Jack looked pretty good when compared with craig and amy - at least he summoned some genuine emotion even if it was only anger.

I did think Gemma was putting on the faux doziness. But I dunno. It's all so chaotic and daft it's hard to say.

I don’t like Jack much at all, but I admit he stays in shape and looks good in smart clothes.
He hasn’t really aged at all.

This is confusing, because Suki wanted to move into the Slater house with the foster child, that was the whole point of evicting the Slaters. Then the house she lives in, which she rents from Mas, would become free for someone like Ned to rent.

@Shellingbynight probably overthinking it now but if the actress got the part and she was told ok you need act ditzy but it's a cover up because Ned is abusive and you've had years of being gaslit versus ok the character is just ditzy a good actress would play those 2 scenarios very differently.

As discussed, it seems that Max has had the NZ house a while. Usually they go off abroad without any mention of where they are going to live , but he must have bought it years ago and it’s never been mentioned. I don’t recall it anyway..

How has everyone worked out Max owns a house in NZ? All I remember seeing is Cindy on her laptop flicking though a few photos of a nice looking holiday style home in the sun!

Please keep Pierre Counihan Moullier on. Whatever it takes , more money , a new contract , more food at break time. You need to take him on beyond NYD .

Watching today’s episode I was reminded again how much Pierre brings to the show - charisma, talent, and a nice energy.
