I had a full on X rated dream when I was last pregnant, my partner was Mr Tumble.

The flashbacks this just gave me. I'd somehow completely forgotten that one. Was "just" Justin rather than in character as Mr Tumble but he was insatiable.

My psyche must be kind to me, I've never had a sex dream which has disgusted me, although would probably disgust some as I have unusual taste in men.
I did once have a sex dream about a US state governor who I have to deal with quite a lot for work, I (stupidly) told a friend about it as we had to attend an event that evening with him. Long story short she got tipsy that evening and told him. As I have fabulous timing I wandered over to speak to him just after she'd blurted it out. I wanted to die.
Thankfully he's a really nice guy but he still starts all emails/phonecalls asking if I've had any good dreams lately.

I was in a lift with DLT once, in real actual life, DH recognised him, I have a total blind spot for z-lebs!

My "interesting" dream was the Rev Richard Coles, with added handsome and hotness. ...think Thornbirds/Richard Chamberlain

It was when the Rev was on Masterchef and we were conversing and much much more about dinner. He was very good.

If I could remember it in enough detail it would make the karma sutra look like the phone book. I can well believe that because it sounds simpler to what I had.
