Spain has been critising UEs option since the beginning. When the war started ue removed the aid for Palestine and Ireland and Spain managed to overturn this. The Israel consul in Spain is really pissed off and says Spaniards are funding terrorists, the donations for unrwa have increased. Government says they’re not sending any weapons since 7-10(tho this has been proven not to be 100% true)

The Irish Taoiseach and the President of Spain have written to the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, asking that the Commission "undertake an urgent review of whether Israel is complying with its obligations including under the EU/Israel Association Agreement, which makes respect for human rights and democratic principles an essential element of the relationship; and if she considers that it is a breach, that it proposes appropriate measures to the Council to consider."

This is being reported as the the first step towards seeking European economic penalties on Israel.

It seems some people have lost sight of the fact that Hamas - the government of Gaza - decided to attack Israel and rape, burn, kill, maim innocent civilians including teenagers at a pop concert.

This war could end tomorrow if Hamas released the hostages they captured.

So maybe people should complain to Hamas?

Been thinking the same since I saw the pic of some psychopath (because I can’t define them as someone defending civilians) with a woman’s night clothes. They see women as trophies

So wait am I understanding this right... the IDF killed the hostage?? One of the hostages from 7/10?

Statement from leading bishops of the Church of England

The strongly worded statement from the House of Bishops warns the war cannot end up with "a system of occupation that has for too long denied Palestinians their rights and freedoms".

The image of the map and where it’s been targeted is really heartbreaking for me thinking how many lives have been left behind and buildings destroyed
