Shocked by the racist signs at marches

Just in case anyone is planning a thread on Hamas abusing Palestinians as someone suggested. Personally I wouldn't bother but these are worth reading anyway. Some interesting bits of information that are useful in them.

Most of the info we have about people taken on 7/10 came from footage that Hamas posted online.

FFS, you DO know Hamas wore bodycams and livestreamed or uploaded much of it to Telegram?

There's plenty of footage of people being murdered, kidnapped or held hostage in their homes, including children btw, but perhaps we're not sharing it on here because we think the victims or their families might not like it or deserve some dignity?

Of course it is antisemitic to expect Israel to stop their illegal occupations 😂 I don't care what your backward government does about it to be honest. It doesn't effect me in the slightest. I live somewhere far more progressive so my kids will always have the right to protest

I think the Israeli authorities see the hostages as collateral damage unfortunately. I don’t think they are making any genuine attempt to retrieve them. That’s the problem with both Hamas and the Israeli government- they put their ideology before basic human rights.

I am living in Ireland now but I have uk citizenship as well. I finally made it to a March here in Ireland. Even if it doesn’t make a jot of difference I want to say - not in my name - to the uk government. I didn’t see any antisemitism at the March here and that wasn’t my motivation. The Irish government has been very strongly condemning the actions of the Israeli government anyway.
