I couldn't see that anyone's started a thread for September yet. Seeing as it's tomorrow thought I'd start one now. Seems AF arrived for a few of us at the same time so looks like we'll be in sync over the coming months.
How is everyone doing?

Thank you. It's about a 10% chance of it happening again. So I know the odds are in my favour.
Sorry for offloading my worry here, my other half just tells me to be positive.

Ive been cleaning the bath tonight and the kids put wet tissue in there. I was gagging sick . 🤣
The symptoms are a lot more like my other healthy pregnancies.
I had no symptoms at all other than hunger with my ectopic.
I just have to wait it out til the scan now.

fully understand the worries and can empathise - I had a unilateral salpingectomy in July due to an ectopic. I’m also just trying to remind myself that it is still unlikely that it will happen to me again

Definately. We have to stay positive and remind ourselves itll be very unlikely to happen again.

Currently 7dpo on my 6th cycle trying! I had a pinprick feeling today above the pubic bone right in the middle which I thought was so weird and lasted a few minutes. I also have dull cramping almost like a bruised feeling at the same spot however it is very mild. Hate that these symptoms can be pregnancy or period it’s torture waiting to find out!!!!

I’m also 7DPO today! This is cycle 5 for me after a chemical in July. Have had some cramping and nausea and cervix feels high but no CM and with my pregnancy with my little boy I had some implantation bleeding around this time so trying not to read into it/symptom spot too much…

Hoping you get your positive this cycle 🙌🏼 I’m trying for my first baby and had no idea about the rollercoaster of emotions you go through when trying

9dpo and negative, I like to test early so the sadness and disappointment can come successively if I’m not pregnant instead of just one test at the end of the TWW. But feeling down, because if we got pregnant this month we would have the baby in june and we have thought that no matter when the baby is born, we’re going to name the baby Juni if it’s a girl (Common name in Sweden Juni = june) but it would be so perfect if she was also born in June 🥹 I also just got the worst news that my mom that is only 55 years old (I’m 25) is going to pass away in only a few weeks due to cancer, and I would just love that she has already met the baby in the belly. Absolutely having the hardest time right now and maybe not that weird that I don’t get pregnant with all the stress. Also sad for my chemical last month, would soon be 10 weeks.. :(

Oh that's terrible. I am so sorry. She is so young. 😞

I'm so sorry about your mum. I lost my own mam earlier this year to cancer at 61. The emotions that come with trying to conceive and losing a parent are intense. Sending lots of love, look after yourself xx

Danni89 · 10/10/2026 08:19

Sorry to hear that @BerrieSweet

2 days until period and tests are still negative, so think I’m out for this month. This whole process is actually mind games 😅 we go again!

Didn’t want to read and not reply. So sorry for what you’re going through x x

GoneWithTheWind4 · 10/10/2026 08:26

Urgh, looks like my period is here. So on reflection - a 27 day cycle! Spotting which never normally happens came on day 25 and 26 as vvvv light pink and brown blood with mucas on wiping.

im so fed up of trying and hoping. I’m lucky to have my two children, I just wish I didn’t want a third. Since trying for number 3… Two miscarriages, some false positives and false hope :(

Lucyloop99 · 10/10/2026 11:25

I was going to wait til next week to do the last digital, but tried this morning. 3+!

Im in such a messy situation with the baby's dad though, looks like ill mostly be doing this on my own.
Hes one that changes his mind on things he says he wants, almost daily.
Like he believes what he says, then shit gets real and he panics.
Ive been on and off with him for 2 years now, same man I had the ectopic with last year.
We broke up in febrary and he got his ex pregnant, so she's due in January.
Weve bee back seeing each other since may, and they've been off.
And if this baby is all ok, I'll be due end of May, early june.
What a bloody mess!!

Thank you guys so much for your kind words, it means so much and I don’t feel as alone 😔❤️‍🩹 I took another test today 9 DPO at 2pm and I think it looks promising now and I think I’m gonna cry just because of everything I already wrote. I’m scared it’s going to be a chemical again of course, but we will see. I will go and tell my mom now as I don’t know how much longer she will live. I know it can be triggering to see a positive test so I won’t be updating unless I lose the pregnancy. Wish everyone the best ❤️‍🩹

Sending so much love ❤️‍🩹 yes it’s so so hard 😔

Baby2pls · 10/10/2026 14:33

@BerrieSweet I see that line ❤️ So sorry to hear about your mum. I’m sure she’ll be so excited to hear your news!

@Lucyloop99 how exciting about the test, not the father situation though, sorry to hear it!

I also probably won’t update anymore now unless things go wrong. Best wishes and love to everyone here. TTC is one of the most stressful things in the world but just know those babies DO and WILL come, in time x

Saffie920 · 10/10/2026 15:54

Ladies, it’s so faint, but can you see something? I definitely think o can but I’ve never used an FRER before so don’t know what to think. I’m 10dpo and this was taken in the afternoon after about a 3hr hold

GoneWithTheWind4 · 10/10/2026 16:23

Hi ladies. Would you see the GP if you were me? 41. 2 kids. TTC on and off since Dec 2024. 2 miscarriages in that period and realistically the months trying (without the pregnancies that miscarried) are 6. Most recent stint of TTC has only been 2 cycles. What would a GP suggest anyway? Presumably it’s just age and time as opposed to secondary infertility?

LavenderSweetPea · 10/10/2026 17:12

@GoneWithTheWind4 I'd probably go to the GP, not so much because of the time (if you've got pregnant twice in 8 cycles it doesn't seem like you have a conception issue) but I'd want to see them about the miscarriages. It's very common but they might be able to refer you to recurrent miscarriage for progesterone support or something for when you get pregnant again. They might do nothing but don't ask, don't get, right?

Thanks. In our local trust it’s 3 MC that then allow you some help, but perhaps with my age and the timing it’s helpful to get on the radar. My mood is so bad right now, so fed up of this ;(

LavenderSweetPea · 10/10/2026 17:37

@GoneWithTheWind4 it varies by trust but national guidance for those over 35 is not to wait for 3 miscarriages before a referral. I'd push for it tbh if it were me. Even just one miscarriage is gutting no matter how early

Bumblebeemee · 10/10/2026 19:04

Hi everyone, congrats to those who’ve had BFPs! I ducked out a bit, my mood was pretty rubbish after AF, first one since miscarriage. Currently in fertile window waiting for my peak and I have recurrent thrush symptoms again (but it’s not thrush!). Really upset because I want to DTD for conception but really don’t want to DTD because I’m uncomfortable and not sure what’s going on. Saw GP yesterday and they said everything looked normal but took a swab anyway. Hoping I can get it sorted soon, I really don’t want to miss a cycle but I don’t know if it’s wise to try now.

Bee1725 · 10/10/2026 21:05

How’s everyone doing?
I had a clear BFN this evening at 9-10DPO with a early test I keep trying to convince myself it’s too early but if my symptoms were true I’d have enough hcg by now so realistically I know I’m out.

I think I can?! Though I get terrible line eyes! Fingers crossed for the morning

Fairiebee · 11/10/2026 03:01

@BerrieSweet this is positive. I hope everything goes well. @Saffie920 yes I can see it too. @Bee1725 I am 10dpo and got a BFN too although I think I see a line or better I try to convince myself that there is a faint line 😂 I am really disappointed. another month waiting and because I am 40 I am start thinking that it will never happen. 😔
