Wow!! 22 months, that must have been awful!! Yes, the waiting to ovulate is definitely the worst as it just goes on and on with no end! Goodness, I really hope it happens faster for you this time!

Yes, just contacted the GP, so got an appointment early October. I wanted to give it time, as 10 months isn’t 10 cycles as you say but now I feel that I’ve reached the point I need help. Think it’s been 7 cycles? Lost track a bit! Expecting them to do blood tests followed by hopefully a fertility referral to get metaformin/ Letrozole/ clomid? As it’s not my first I’m a bit unclear as to what the NHS can do! It seems to vary trust to trust? I’m hoping that having PCOS diagnosed means I’ll get ovulation induction medication but who knows!

I’ve just tested again and it’s gone down slightly to 1.24. It still says I’m waiting for my peak but 1.58 is higher than my peak last cycle! So like you say, I will take ovulation as tomorrow and 1 DPO. Did you get your peak today? Sorry if I missed it 🤪

woohoo! Good luck for your TWW! I swear waiting for ovulation is worse than the two weeks as it’s so unpredictable! CD22 here and no sign yet but getting twinges so hoping soon!

Last month I had a 7.77 on a reading and it took a few days to show as a peak in premom. I mean it was a line stealer so very obvious but I think the app likes to see the dip first; so it may take a few days for you to have the update on the app!

Ah that makes sense for it to wait, I just find it easier when the dates line up 😊

@HelloDarknessmyoldfrenemy I'm glad you have an appointment, let me know how you get on. I've been wondering the same about what help they offer if it's not your first. I know IVF is not available if you already have a child but I think they can still refer you to fertility for clomid etc but maybe you are right and it depends on area? I tried letrozole last time but I had to go privately which was an expense we just can't afford now.

@Springcloud26 yes I got peak! It went to peak after it dropped down this morning - will probably take another test around lunch to confirm it’s dropped! We will get down to it tonight and tomorrow and hopefully that works!

@Vimto1991 hopefully you get your peak today! The wait is hard for ovulation because you just don’t know when (or if) it will happen! I always convince myself I won’t ovulate and the next day… bam!

@Selyak hope you feel better today! DTD everyday is deffo tiring but hubby desperate for another 😂 would deffo recommend OPKs to test out just to make sure you are hitting the window!

No sign of my period today so maybe I did ovulate on the Saturday rather than Friday. I’m sure it wasn’t the Sunday as dtd was painful which is normal for me if I’m not in my fertile window

Ladies I’m so confused - 12DPO today, I’ve been testing since 9DPO and so far had BFN. Light brown spotting the last three days, felt like AF was arriving this morning so in my head I’m totally out this cycle. But I tested this morning and I think I see a line?! After my MMC in April want to get too excited but what do you think? Photo taken within 5 mins of the test.

I was weak and tested again even though I said I wouldn’t. Definitely negative

Well this is the longest TWW ever, I’m roughly 11dpo today (maybe 10dpo) and had some brown spotting yesterday. Thought AF must be coming but then cramps and spotting went away. Took this test this morning and straight away it came up. Hard to capture on camera but it’s blue in colour… could this be a vvvvvfl?! 🧐

I tested 0.71 this morning so Premom has now updated yesterday as peak and ovulation day today.

I’m feeling pelvic heaviness all around but also had a bit of upset stomach last night and this morning so could be coincidence.

We are also dtd tonight and tomorrow! I wanted to this morning to have an extra few hours but didn’t have time 😂.

haha I asked my husband this morning if he think it matters if sex is in AM vs PM 😂 but I imagine there’s little swimmers hanging around now anyway just in case!

I’m going to do one LH a day just in case it creeps back up - I caught my pregnancy last time with them because they got darker at about 9dpo 😂 but I am the worst for hcg testing and will probably do it from 6dpo 😬 but 8dpo I got a faint line so that’s my main day!

14 DPO, my period is due today. I can feel it coming. I don't feel too bad about it this cycle. I think my partner might be more disappointed this cycle, as he was asking me to take a test and googling how period symptoms match pregnancy symptoms. I think he's doing his own research, which is always helpful, instead of me just talking at him😂

Yep I’ll continue the strips too daily from tomorrow, just done another and it’s coming down to 0.26.

I didn’t test until 15 DPO last time, I thought it was worth the wait as I saw a nice strong line so no uncertainty, but with it ending in MMC I’m more open to testing earlier as I realised even a strong line doesn’t guarantee success - maybe 12 DPO as I think I implanted around 10 DPO previously.

your willpower is something else! i'll probably do a digital next saturday which is only 9dpo 😂 i remember seeing a faint line at 8 and my husband couldnt see it 🙄

but yeah, totally understandable. I think waiting is probably the best thing to do so there's no second guessing!

I went a bit crazy with all the tests last time so i could track line progression even though i know ultimately it doesnt really mean anything. I never really calmed down until i was about 20 weeks, the amount of money i spent on private scans! 😬

I think of not testing this month and wait for my period or being late. Less stress and finding ways to cope. I will only use opk from CD12 until the positive and then try to forget about it.
