End of Dec bus (hopefully a lucky bus)!!!!

Hey all I am here awhile so really hoping for a christmas surprise but not getting my hopes up. Busy couple of weeks ahead so no OPK's for me just DTD every second day from CD 8 - CD 20

I am 11dpo today, had a weird weekend of feeling very tired and headachey and sleeping LOADS and just feeling a bit off.
We shall see in a few days. My temp is still high and looking back it normally starts declining today...

I'm about 11dpo now if Ovia is correct and af due on Wednesday. I've taken a few too many tests lol and all been negative except for a shadow of a line on one a couple days ago but since then. Negative FRER. Struggling with these last few days because now I'm paranoid every time I go to the loo I'll see that AF has arrived.

Had cramps since last night on and off sometimes mild sometimes like I'm being stabbed with a hot poker lol!

No other symptoms including no sore boobs which are always sore before AF!

Is it even worth me making a vow to not test early or symptom spot next cycle? Haha

Me too @Sophieb15 I’m onto cycle 6 😩 another 6 months and I can go to gp but I’ve had bloods so what else is left 🤷‍♀️ Don’t understand why it’s so hard.. wasn’t on the pill for a while and took the morning after pill a couple of times.. dunno why I bothered now 😂 xx

How's everyone doing? I'm around 3dpo today and feeling ok at the moment, no symptom spotting at the moment! That usually starts around 6-7dpo 😂

@Sophieb15 Thank you! I understand that the TWW is annoying and frustrating, but now that I'm actually in it myself, OMG! What a very slow drag of time! 😂. I keep trying to distract myself but it's hard when I've got a few work Xmas do's and I'm turning down drinks and it's all so awkward 🙈. I have my company Xmas do tonight and I'm planning on just sneaking out when the meal is done 😂. I hope time flies by soon 😩 xx

@ceebee21 My O date isn't the same every month I don't think anyones is mine Varies from CD 15 - CD 18 so I wouldn't stress about that. x

@Tamalama Just try take no notice I know it's so hard. 39 isn't old women have babies in their 40's. I'm only 30 and i'm on cycle 11 so Honestly don't think age comes in to it too much. And it took me 2 years to have my daughter we started trying at 23( didn't use OPK's or try properly just didn't prevent) Its just easier for some people to get pregnant and harder for others. People can be so insensitive though i've had a few cries over the last few months as well. My sister got pregnant first month on her 3rd in August and and when she was 12 weeks I literally got AF that morning and I called to my mothers and my aunt was there and she congratulated my sister( which was fine) but then turned to me rubbed my shoulder and said you have loads of time I literally lost it couldn't stop crying for the whole day on and off.

Def felt the stress lifted alot not using Opks we DTD CD8,10,12,14,16,19 had O pain from CD 14-Cd16 so I ovulated one of those days.

I'm def seeing the brightside that if AF does arrive Monday then I can have a nice few glasses of wine around xmas. Obviously would prefer a BFP!!!!

Well yes, I am temping as well, and used my last few CB digitals this week - latest was a flashing smiley yesterday.

Now have IC to use up... but they are nowhere near positive, although I have never had a positive using those!!!

@SoshoSnow It only takes once so as long as you get DTD done in fertile window you have a chance. Fingers crossed for a really nice surprise xmas eve xx

@Tamalama Hello how are you? You should be covered so. lets hope for a lucky month. I'm being very good no symptom spotting because I get so many different things each month. Expecting AF to arrive Monday right on time. Are you all sorted for xmas?

@ceebee21 remind me again are you using CB?

@ceebee21 yes, I know what you mean about Christmas Day! It's so annoying with ov dates, that's why I have given up on opks. The window for getting a positive opk test is so short really. Last time I got negative in the morning and a strong positive that afternoon 🤦‍♀️ fingers crossed you ov soon 😊

@Tamalama I just assumed I would be day 15 again, but no, apparently not!!!!

Just want it to happen and be in the TWW, I mean it would be amazing if a BFP on Xmas day, but depressing for a BFN... guess can then drink!!

I’m feeling a bit fed up today. My boss's wife had their baby yesterday, the managing director messaged me earlier on today to ask me to put it up on head office chat and share a photo, which is fine but obviously I’m sensitive about these things after the mc in January. The HR lady, who has 3 kids and only talks about herself, then comes in to the office and very kindly says that as you get older your eggs aren’t that good, and that I was lucky to have my dd at the age of 35. (I turned 36 the following month) Thanks…. It’s not like I’m still trying or anything. I'll be 39 at the end of the month, so comments like that, or after any baby loss really regardless of age are not that helpful! Oh, and she knew about my mc too, so really unhelpful comments! I've just had a good cry in the toilets. I don't know if I'm feeling over sensitive because I'm ov at the moment (I think) and that I found out I was pregnant last year on New Year's Eve, so the anniversary of that is obviously coming up soon...

I am CD16 and still not OV yet... not had a positive OPK, so who knows what's going on!

Looks like I will be testing around Xmas day if it happens int he next few days xx

Morning everyone! How is everyone doing? I'm cd14 today, so far we've dtd cd8, 10 & 13. According to my tracking app over the last few months I usually get a positive opk on cd12 or there abouts, my average seems to be cd13 that I ovulate but on the rare occasion it's been cd14 with a positive opk on cd13. I'm not using opks this month but I've got ovary twinges today. Going to dtd this evening but then the earliest we can dtd again is Sunday. I suspect I will have ov by then so hopefully I will have done enough...

@Sophieb15 I could only DTD on Monday as OH had to travel back for work. I hope it's enough! Fingers crossed Xmas eve is a happy BFP and not a stressy PMSsy 😂😂 xx
