Thanks Aph. Yes I had mirena. Wow that's a long time, you must have been going crazy! Did your cycle go back to normal after that if you're past cycle 2 yet? (Sorry, thought it was quicker to ask again rather than trawl through the last december and November buses!)

Hi Tiny I had my coil out at the start of September and I counted it as day 1 of my cycle. They told me I was fertile right away but my cycle ended up lasting 78 days. Don't let that worry you though it's different for different people, did you have a hormonal coil?

Is it ok if I join? I had my coil taken out today and she said I'm fertile right away so I guess ttc starts today...I'm afraid I will probably ask a lot of questions!

Does it count as my first cycle from now or do I need to wait for my period to arrive and count that as CD1 of cycle 1?

TTC #1 as I'm sure you can tell, and I'm 24, had my third laparoscopy for endometriosis in October...hoping it will have helped enough to give me a clear run at getting pregnant.

I'm getting there right? Day 21 and still no positive opk. I'm hoping since my last cycle was 78 days that I'm just slow and this is ok. Got some serious cramps deep in my right side today. My temp suggested I had already ovulated but I'm going to keep doing opks until it's positive.

@LookingAtTheStars89 Luckily I seem to be about the same with pms (I still want to kill my DH one day a month...). My SIL had twins 2 weeks ago and that was a bit of a rollercoaster for me!

@sophherts Yeah. Sometimes I will get so upset over baby related things, I will be perfectly fine and then WHAM in tears. I'll tell you what else I have noticed since, I get pms symptoms and I haven't had those since I was about 15 lol.

Cycle: probably 3 but we were trying/not trying

I'm not overly monitoring as trying to keep it fun this time. LG took nearly 2 years to conceive. So was very stressful and would like to avoid stress as much as possible as I think it played a part in it taking so long

@sophherts. My periods have been heavier and more painful since my miscarriage too. I used to have really light periods.

Bfp due around 29th could hopefully push it a few days earlier lol
But not doing the test every day thing like last month
That fucked with my head way too much
And after the positive then negative was all too much to cope with

@ImpatientMammy good point. I'm away with friends this weekend so I'll test again on sunday if still no af. My periods are heavier and more painful since the mc, they used to be so easy! My cycle length has also got mixed up. I used to be bang on 28 days and since Sept I've had 31, 25 and now on 31 with no sign of af.

I finally picked up some frers on the way into work so if still no AF I'll poas tonight just to see. Couldnt find my IC i thought I had so I'm still clueless at this point

Aww @sophherts I just read the second message. Bless you. I read somewhere It takes around 48hours for your hcg to build enough to get that BFP so try skipping a day give yourself a break in between x

I think being pregnant has a big impact on your body I get ovulation sickness now which never happened before. How you feeling since your miscarriage? X

@HoneyCake86 don't worry I feel exactly the same. I hate the not knowing & the false hope of a late af. This is my 1st cycle properly TTC after mc in September so there's a lot of emotion connected to it, as I'm sure there is for everyone

Morning ladies! I'm sorry to see all if the bfn's this morning. Like I said before though, it isn't over until the red lady flows. That chart that was on here yesterday showed that even at 16dpo the hcg can still be low.

I'm either a day late now or not due until Sunday. It's funny because for years I had irregular, I mean didn't show up for months, irregular flows but since my miscarriage in the summer, I've had them every month.
