NK period style cramps are VERY common in early pregnancy. That was one of my first signs with my pregnancy - i got my normal cramps but no AF. I also had brown spotting but it was from about week 8-10 for me. I think the advice seems to be that brown is ok as it's just old blood but red is more worrying. Fingers crossed for you xx

Congrats peterpanwendy! It's so weird it took so long to show! But gives hope to everyone that it's not over til AF turns up.

I'm 10DPO today. Temp went up today which got me quite excited but been getting AF cramps tonight which I always tend to get around this time in my cycle so back down in the dumps again. TTC really is a rollercoaster! Not going to test til Wednesday (if AF doesn't show). I'm sick of wasting time and money on FRERs!

Anyone know if cramps are normal in early pregnancy? They started today and I got some brown spotting. Not a lot, and they were just tiny clumps. Though I am slightly concerned seeing as I've only just got my BFP about 14dpo and the line is faint 😥

@Eyedontknow have you had any spotting or symptoms? Definitely retest! The doctor made me feel like I was crazy and definitely not pregnant but hopefully the FRER tomorrow will show a clear positive x

@ImpatientMammy I'm 12 days late today! Been going insane! I last did a test on 8 days late (22DPO) and promised myself I'd wait till Sunday (nearly got there) and if it was still a BFN I'd try and move on. It still doesn't seem real. I will do a FRER using FMU and if it's positive then I'll believe it!

I might cry! I haven't taken a test since tues (8 days late) as I was trying to come to terms with it just being a fluke missed period. This isn't even FMU! Got a FRER to do tomorrow.

I've changed my dates again lol

Looking back at when my opks were the strongest Im sure I ovulated a day after I broke out in spots as I had some pelvic pain then too (had pain last night but also had a dodgy tummy lol)

Opks were stronger then, very faint now, acne, pelvic pain and ewcm on cd12 so possibly I ovulated then
sigh
All this second guessing is hard lol

Ps you get pos opk when your pregnant as that hormone rises too

It's amazing isn't it !!! Bck in the day u jus did the deed n forgot ! Now all these tests n google turn us into freaks ... I even see people going on about tooth ache in the tww... Wht a life !🤪

@cakeanytype. I've just hopped onto the January bus but my last cycle was a real pain in the ass. I had spotting yesterday and I had it the day before my last period too. Before my mmc in late August I never used to spot.

@LunaLG ... it's to annoying... my nipples kill ... I'm breaking out !! I've nvr spotted before ! Thought tht was implanting ... feel sick on n off but tht cud b anything I suppose ... I jus want a sticky bean .. nvr struggled with the others ...

I'm the same boat. 2 days late and negative tests. Kind of wish AF would just show so I can draw a line under this month and move on. And so my boobs could stop being so massive and sore Confused
