Ladies this thread is the one, I can feel it in my water [although maybe that's the drugs Hmm ], here you go Grin

TrickorTreatSweetie · 25/10/2012 18:16

Solars sorry I got my days mixed up earlier, I was sure TESTING day was upon us. I hope you are ok and all geared up for the big day tomorrow shuts up before going all Netmums again

keep I am sure DH has arrived all safe, try to take your mind off things with mummykeep and not dwell on SIL TTC, it will be you before you know it

Maybe any update from date with DrW?

Smegs so lovely to see you, we often mention you on here in revered terms of LEGENG you will be having you sneezy water birth in no time at all. Good luck with the strepB results

Sparks sorry you are feeling a bit yuck today, hope it has passed by now

AF is still a no show, I went to see my reflexologist this afternoon and apparently it does take some ladies a while to get their AF after a failed cycle. I suppose your body has worked so hard to produce eggs against its will that it needs a rest. She did say it could take up to months to come back to normal. Apparently the Dr can give something to start things going but I would rather let nature take course rather than take another drug to force my poor old body to do something it doesn't want to.

Solars · 25/10/2012 17:50

Hello there Smegs lovely to see you around and I've just read the first couple of pages of that thread, brought tears to my eyes!! 36 weeks wow!! Brooking for those strep b results.

Keep gosh it's hard isn't it, you will be pg soon, you mark my words! Can you contact your DH's company and ask whether they've arrived safely? I'm sure he is fine, hang on in there.

I've done a lot of Internet virtual credit card bashing over the last week Sparkes after my disappointing shopping trip last week! Lets hope the feeling bleurgh doesn't last too long for you!

Ok so I inadvertently killed 2 hours by falling asleep whilst listening to my cd [hhmm]

keepitgoing · 25/10/2012 16:08

Oh god, girls, mum has warned me that super-fertile sis is about to TTC again. Am sure she'll be pg by Christmas. Having a wobble at it all.....

Where's maybe with news of the good doctor.

Still no word from dh. Will. Not. Worry. Rural India doesn't have internet cafes all over the place.

Argh

ScrambledSmegsEvilTwin · 25/10/2012 15:47

'ullo Grin How the devil are you all?! I thought I'd pop in and see you 'orrible lot, people keep asking who the brookers/rat smacketeers are on threads at the moment, and it reminded me that I really needed to drop by more often!

Sorry that Shriek is having a rough time, and your GP's surgery are staffed by knobbers Angry. I hope they pull their fingers out soon.

solars - eek! Tomorrow! Err... I totally recommend MNing as a way to keep your mind off it. Get stuck into a particularly juicy thread and you could lose hours. Or go and read some of the threads in Classics - I particularly love The Least Professional Moments of My Illustrious Career. The one called "I am a twat, I am a twat" is great too, although for some reason (stupidity?) I can't find it right now.

Sparks - I forgot to mention TucTuc crackers yesterday. They're very salty, and that always seemed to help my nausea until I brought them up again. MrSparks sounds like he's helping out well, good for him.

Maybe good luck for today! Ouch at bumcam though, poor MrM. I hope you get some good advice and a plan of action that suits you both.

Beedle fx for you too, and hope you have a lovely time with Ma&PaBeedle.

keep hope you have a lovely time with mummykeep, and enjoy scoffing your persimmons! Such a lovely word - name for a brooking baby, mayhap?!

Hope you feel better soon Cupcakes. Lying on the sofa watching bad films sounds like the perfect remedy.

Sweetie you alright? You look a bit, err, sparkly... Just don't start talking about babydancing, or MN might actually ban you Shock

Lordy, I've run out of steam. OK - hi tock, Boo, fancy seeing you here Wink. I'm 36 weeks, spidersmegs is head down finally, waiting on Group B Strep results before I order the birth-pool-inna-box and then it's all systems go Shock. Seems like only yesterday I got my massively ironic BFP Grin.

SecretSparkle · 25/10/2012 14:58

Solars eek!!! How about you pop out and do a bit of credit card bashing? favourite pasttime of mine [hgrin]

I'm feeling blurgh today, it comes and goes, it was super bad (in my books but Im a whimp) this morning, then I was alright on the way to work, started to feel rough againa round 11ish, braved the canteen for lunch and felt better but now I will dodgy again. I'm armed with rich tea biscuits though to get my through to the end of the day, then mrsparks is picking me up.

Beedle Yes you must join solars in a testing sesh tomorrow, double whammy Friday please [hsmile]

Keep is persimmon a bit like an apple but bit like a pear? with a sort of peach element?! I think hubby bought some home the other day, not from Thailand obviously, from Asda but they were yummy. I have some in the cupboard for snacking on.

Solars · 25/10/2012 14:49

X-post Cups that sound like a perfect way to get rid of your cold!

Solars · 25/10/2012 14:47

what is it with all this baby dust?! mind your feet ladies, at least this will take my mind off testing!

Beedle thanks and how lovely that your mum & dad are coming over! How long are they staying for? I saw mine last night as they are staying over at my brothers, so we were invited over for some lovely home cooked food! By the way are you testing soon? fancy joining me tmrw?

Keep yay mummykeep is there! I've heard the word persimmon as its the name of a construction company but never realised it was a fruit, I think you are going to have to send some over for us all to try!

So glad bum cam went well Maybe and good luck again with your appointment!

Sweetie still no sign of AF? do you think it could be a shy bean? hope you're ok dear!

Ahh Minstrels thanks one of my favourites! one more sleep now! hope all is going well for you lovely!

Sparkes how are you doing? hopefully not feeling too ill.

Boo glad the boo brood have taken the news well. Do you know something I haven't bought a new bag in years and I'm talking over ten years, I've just always been in love with my going out bag and everyday bag that I've never felt the urge to replace them and they are both still in good condition!

Waves and hugs to Shriek, Biscuits, Clicking, Scarlett and anyone else I've forgotten.

So I've done a little work this morning, cleaned the flat, been out for a walk and even watched a movie to keep my mind off testing...right what next now...??

PrincessPumpkinshoutsBOO · 25/10/2012 14:41

Freaking out and generally embarrasing my teenager is everso funny, and I do it often [hgrin]

Maybe Brooking you had good news today

hiya everyone else. Will stop to chat more later and catch up properly

CupcakesAndCocktails · 25/10/2012 14:32

Sparks so pleased your are feeling sick! (it feels so wrong to say that)

CupcakesAndCocktails · 25/10/2012 14:31

Afternoon everyone,

Boo excellent scan news! Well done on freaking teen boo out Grin

Solars hope today passes in a blur. You have done so well for the past two weeks. Brooking for an agreeable pee stick tomorrow.

Maybe good luck for you and MrM today. Let us know how you get on.

Shriek hope your feeling okay under your invisible duvet Smile. I am also going to be brooking from afar as I'm not really ttc at the minute.

Keep & Beedle I'm looking forward to a double whammy of BFPs from you two. Keep hope your enjoying having mummykeep to stay and not missing MrKeep too much.

Sweetie how are you doing? Has AF showed up yet? How is your gorgeous pup doing?

Biscuits lovely to see you as always. How are your boys doing?

I'm lying on the sofa watching lots of crap on sky movies. Ive got a nasty cough & have lost my voice. Must be from choking on all the babydust in here Wink

SecretSparkle · 25/10/2012 09:28

ahhhh I'm so glad we've figured out what baby dust is, I've been hovering it up and chucking it away, I just thought it was standard dust, now I know I could have been selling it on ebay!!!

NoMaybeAboutIt · 25/10/2012 09:24

Solars I hope today flies by. I'm keeping everything crossed for tomorrow.

Beedle this means I too have baby dust Grin

Solars · 25/10/2012 09:18

Nipping in to say brooking for Maybe

BeedleTheBard · 25/10/2012 09:12

keep I'm so brooking for us to be twins for the next 9 months too. Hope you hear from MrKeep soon and have loads of fun with mummykeep

maybe good luck for today, I hope Dr Wonderful continues to be wonderful

biscuits I think we could make a model baby from all the dust I found under the bed in the guest room the other day - is that what people mean by babydust? [hgrin] And if so please stop sprinkling it around I've got enough allready.

solars I hope today doesn't go to slowly and you manage to sleep tonight

NoMaybeAboutIt · 25/10/2012 09:11

Thanks everyone!

Glas mummykeep is with you Keep. If I'm honest MrMaybe and I don't want the cyst removed. As he has hadn't since birth, there is no guarantee that it would even work. The consultant that was scanning him said he would still recommend the sperm retrieval procedure. Plus it would add at least another year of TTC on to the two that have already past. But we will find out more today.

SecretSparkle · 25/10/2012 08:38

good luck Solars for tomorrows testing

and brooking for maybe today as well

Biscuitsandtea · 25/10/2012 08:37

S'ok Boo - the only dust here is from my slatternly lack of cleaning [hblush][hgrin]

PrincessPumpkinshoutsBOO · 25/10/2012 08:31

Oh Solars Sorry I got a bit over excited. Brooking for tommorow, do try to keep busy, hope you have some lovely things planned for today.

Biscuitsandtea · 25/10/2012 08:28

Cross post solars - good luck testing tomorrow and good luck just getting through today - rest assure there really are still only 24 hours in the day even if it feels like 107 [hconfused]

Biscuitsandtea · 25/10/2012 08:25

Good luck Solars and maybe

Solars · 25/10/2012 08:02

Morning, test date is tomorrow I was a little tempted to test this morning but chickened out plus I only have Internet cheapies and they're not so reliable

Sweetie I've been given a test by the clinic and need to call with the result!

Will be back a little later to catch up properly

{{hugs}} to Shriek

PrincessPumpkinshoutsBOO · 25/10/2012 07:40

Oh Sweetie there was no baby dust or glitter that time, I think your on the mend [hgrin]

Solars is it test day today [hshock] ooh Brooking for you, good luck!

TrickorTreatSweetie · 25/10/2012 07:33

Solars good luck for today my dear, you will be in my thoughts Thanks

Do you have to go to the clinic or do the test at home? Everywhere seems different, you have done amazingly well to hold out this long if you have Wink

Best wishes lovely

Shrieklette · 25/10/2012 07:17

Ladies, you are all so so lovely. Thank you for your support and kind words. I promise to be back to my brooking best as soon as I am able.

keepitgoing · 25/10/2012 07:12

geek so sorry to hear that. We are brooking away for you in the meantime. I'll hold the fort on babydust - would leave if we start up with that sickening nonsense. Sorry too that work is so bad, same for maybe. It really doesn't help when you've got more than one crappy thing on at once.

sparks glad you've got a good one there Smile i reckon mrkeep will be the same after all this palaver to get there. I am lucky in so many other ways.

mummykeep is here! am so excited to see her. Still awaiting news on mrkeep's safe arrival to the depths of india. i know the flight was ok but then he had 20 hours to wait then a 7 hour train journey, to arrive 4am this morning, poor thing. I know he won't have internet or a phone but am sure he'll do his best to contact me asap, so i Will Not Worry.

maybe that's good news on the bum-cam front, and masses of good luck for today. I don't suppose there's any chance they could remove the cyst, and bob's-your-baby?

beedle have fun with the parents. Am so hoping we can keep on being twins and have the same due date.

in other news, i just discovered a new fruit - persimmon - this morning. Quite delicious! never even heard of it before. i think it's chinese.

solars hope you're keeping very busy today to stop any mentalling. thinking of you.

waves to our lovely brooking grads. We are in tough times and appreciate the good brooking from afar! Thanks
