collie it was, also helped google was saying still might not see hb at 6 weeks. Oh but i've lost any small amount of positivity i had, i'm so scared i'm going to have to go through it all again. i'm going to be a mess by monday.

Collie2 · 15/03/2011 15:36

cep just reading some of the replies you've had on the other thread and think what owl said was very true. Better to be able to see more at 7 weeks than struggling to see anything at all at 6 weeks as could leave you wondering and worrying still. That bean better hang on tight! The only reason I want to see you on this thread is to hand hold us lot! Grin xx

mel no i completely forgot to mention it Blush i've made another app on the 28th to see my normal dr, and will mention it to her (well will try to remember) it was all just matter of fact, with my normal gp i feel i can sit and chat which i probably why i'm always late going in.

enjoy your busy night. Smile

sg i can't afford it, i've just been reading that you might still not be able to see h/b at 6 weeks so although i'm going to hate this wait, at least it may be a more positive outcome. (i hope)

Collie2 · 15/03/2011 15:19

YAY to the line mels go get busy tonight!! Grin

I totally get what you mean about being relieved at knowing that things are back to normal. Thats been my biggest fear, it all being c*cked up!! Smile

meliesmummy · 15/03/2011 14:51

I just poas - line not quite as dark as control line bit definately there so stuff the trauma - early night tonight! ;) I was so happy to see that line and know (well assume) that things are as they should be. I might pop to boots for some preconceive bcos it's on offer (surely a sign?!) but it'll be a rush because dd normally wakes up at 3:30 and she's got swimming in the opposite direction to boots at 5:30, so we'll see.

Cep did they check your cervix at the drs?

I usually get a positive opk between day 12 and 14 Cep. I went to a & e when I bled with dd on a sat and they made me wait till Monday, they only do early scans on weekday mornings, so the gp/midwife books you in for the next morning, that wait is horrible, I hope the week goes quickly for you.

sg don't worry about work, you need to look after yourself, a mc is a huge trauma x

securegal · 15/03/2011 13:49

Thanks Collie - I'll paste myself in! I'm OK, I think. I'm still in the 'up and down' phase of things, but today is an 'up' day, so that is nice! I had the ERPC 10 days ago and have been off work ever since. I am starting to feel better physically, but have just contacted work to arrange another week off. I feel bad for taking so much time (it'll be 3 weeks in total), but I have been really poorly (lowered immune system with the pregnancy led to me getting a chest infection as well), so want to be in tip-top shape before going back into the office. My job can be pretty high-stress, so I have decided to give myself a bit of a break. I am going to wait for my first AF before TTC, so might be lurking with intent on this thread for a while!

Cep - I am so sorry to hear that they won't scan you yet. How are you feeling? Good idea to take time off and put your feet up. Could you afford a private scan - I know they are really expensive, but it might help put your mind at rest. I suppose, though, that it might not help much. When I had a private scan the NHS asked me to wait a week anyway, so that they could compare results. I am keeping my fingers crossed for you!

cep · 15/03/2011 13:47

Ironically collie my original app was next monday anyway so if i'd have waited i would have probably had a scan same day or on the tuesday as my app was at 9:30, i've rebooked so that if everything is ok i can ask for another scan to check a couple weeks later.

sorry securegal you're more than welcome to add your details to the list no protocol. Grin

Collie2 · 15/03/2011 13:46

EWCM melies just checked list and your cd11 right? when do you normally ov? I would expect its soon given your cycle length. I think its good to have dtd in the run up to ovulation so if it was me i'd try and give it a go. Do you have any pre-seed? I got some as people on here suggested it and it was really helpful. I couldn't find anywhere on the highstreet that sold it but aparently boots do their own 'sperm friendly' lub, so maybe try than if you haven't???

good luck, let us know what the opk says!

OP posts:
cep · 15/03/2011 13:43

thankfully no, and it's all been on wipes not on st. Although have to admit i'm scared to go to the loo, Blush

Collie2 · 15/03/2011 13:41

hmmm sorry about the bold!

OP posts:
Collie2 · 15/03/2011 13:40

cep oh thats annoying that they won't see you any earlier. After waiting so long to go to the gp and in the end they are no help. I am so sorry that you are left feeling all anxious and worried. Big squishy hug!

Thats good that you have the week off now, lots of rest can do you no harm, just try to relax. (easy to say i know)

You know if you are still worried you could always go to A&E during the day, maybe then youd get a scan - but don't go in the evening as they won't scan. I know you post on the freak out room so ask them, i'm almost certain lots of them have had very early scans. I know a private scan is expensive so i won't suggest that, and i know a week will seem like ages off, but it will come around. If the bleeding gets worse though cep, get yourself down to A&E.
xxx

SG of course you can add yourself to the list, just copy todays list, add youself and re-post. How are you SG

OP posts:
meliesmummy · 15/03/2011 13:39

Cep that's awful that you have to wait so long! I agree though, put your feet up, im crossing everything for you, come on bean stay put!!!!!! Have you had anymore bleeding?

Stay strong banana! keep away from the sticks!

Hi everyone else, not sure about your cervix sorry collie but I'm leaving mine alone to heal, thing is I've got ewcm today which I don't want to 'waste' but I dont want any more trauma! Decisions decisions...to dtd or not to dtd? I think i'll do an opk later and then decide.

Anyway food time I'm starving!

cep · 15/03/2011 13:28

hi all, sorry i had to go get ds.

well basically epu won't scan me until i'm 7 weeks, which is next week. i have to do a pg test on friday to make sure it's still showing a strong +ve if it is i can have a scan on Monday. Surely though unless i have a really heavy bleed (and even then for a little while after) would come up +ve anyway wouldn't it? so i'm in limbo. i've contacted work to say i don't want to be in this week (they love me after being off throwing up last week) i just want to stay at home with my feet up, i know ultimately won't stop anything, but at least i'd feel like i've done what i can. anyway they said that's fine am having it annual leave.

securegal · 15/03/2011 13:28

Hi all,

Cep - so sorry to hear that you are so worried - I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you at the dr today.

Can I add myself to the list of WTTC, or do I need to wait for one of the other ladies to add me? Very happy to do it, but didn't want to break protocol!

Securegal, TTC#1 (post mmc#1 March 2011), WTF cycle, UCL 28 days.

It has been really lovely to come and read all of your posts - this seems such a friendly board and I am really excited to join if you'll let me!

Take care all!

SGxxx

Collie, i'm not sure whether to test again before the doctors tomorrow. It might be a good idea. Thanks

olismum23 · 15/03/2011 11:35

Hi all,
Cep hope the docs goes ok for you thinking of you ((hugs))

collie and lili sorry at your BFN'S I have not had my AF yet was testing negative a couple of days ago orderd some super sensitive ones off ebay my cervix is high still it comes down lower when your AF is coming so who knows i am on the WTF cycle after all just wish i knew what was happening. Although obviously i m/c when i first went in with pains i was getting faint +ve tests but when they tested my blood it was 335hcg so its supposed to pick up 15hcg i think it might not go though my wee as easy as others? just a thought

Good luck tomorrow shorty, Hi melies chloe and anyone i have missed

Collie2 · 15/03/2011 11:29

Ok having read banana's post that a high cervix is fertile I googled it. Read mixed things but think perhaps high is right. But this has now led me to question what is high???? I have been charting my cervix since ov as I noticed a changed in it's position for the first time. (sorry tmi coming) I would have said pre ov, my cervix was low (ie closer to my vagina and fingers) and is now high (ie further away and harder to reach) but is this not how you measure it?

I want one of those camera things that woman had from the beautiful cervix thing

OP posts:
Collie2 · 15/03/2011 09:55

I know i know 11dpo is very early, and I didn't even get a +I've at 14dpo last time. But just had a feeling this morning before I tested that this wasn't our month. Anyway, I'm feeling a bit better now and as you say, it's not over....yet. AF not due till sat but will test again fri as dh out fri night and not home till sat night so don't want to poas without him, especially if it's another bfn

Cep I think seeing the gp is a good idea. I know there is little they can do if anything is going to go wrong, but piece of mind will help. Good luck.

Good luck shorty for apt tomorrow, will you test again first? I hate that bfn too!

Sad lili at your bfn. Your cervix is usually low when fertile (I think) which makes your ewcm odd. I think maybe your having a 2nd WTF cycle!! Smile

OP posts:
banana87 · 15/03/2011 09:53

cep Sorry you are going through this :( Well done for getting a GP appt. Could you go private for a scan today instead? Fingers crossed for you!

Collie :( BFN. It is still early though, don't lose too much hope! I had BFN at 11DPO and BFP at 14DPO.

Chloe high cervix means ovulation/pregnancy (I think). Fingers crossed for you too!

I am 7DPO here. Ordered 15 cheapies from Amazon which I got yesterday. Haven't bothered to POAS yet as I think its too early.

cep · 15/03/2011 09:42

i've got a gp appointment at 11:30, think that's going to be too late to get a scan today. and with ds having to be picked up at 13:00 and shopping coming between 15-17:00 don't know what we can do if it is the afternoon. We haven't told anyone yet, so we'd either have to break silence to ask a friend to stay with ds and keep eye on shopping. I can ask for tomorrow morning can't i!!

i'm feeling really low, i can't help but think this is it, and even if i see a h/b at the scan, like last time i probably won't at the next one like last time. I've just been comfort eating hot toast (4 slices Shock ) 2 with choc spread and 2 with p/nut butter. now i feel sick.
