Jasmine or Seren?

My first daughter’s name is Saffron and daughter number 2 is on her way, so we would like a name that works well with it.

We’ve narrowed it down to two names; Jasmine or Seren, but interested to know what your preference would be?

I adore Seren, but agree that it could be a bit too samey with Saffron. How about something like Juniper? Jasmine is really over-done. (I also have teaching-related issues with that name.) Then there are the other flower/plant names like Daisy, Willow, Rosie, Marguerite, Lily, etc. I do prefer Juniper as the others (bar Marguerite) are pretty popular too.

Thank you for the suggestions. Juniper is nice. Out of curiosity, what teaching related issues do you have with the name Jasmine?

Both are nice but Saffron and Jasmine are too twee and Saffron and Seren are too samey.

Saffron and Seren sound a bit too samey and sing-songy together, so I’d go with Jasmine.
