Amelie

Greta and Anya are both lovely

Thanks for all your comments.

Meadow I do like christabel but have a brother called chris so have ruled it out!

Seems that nobody has voted for Annalee and seeing it on here in black and white has made me like it less.

I think Amelie is a beautiful name.
Second choice Anya and Jemima.

AFAIK Aine - is pronounced Onya. It's Anne in Irish, I think.

Cher87 · 28/08/2010 19:18

I love Annalee, very pretty and Anna is also prety if it gets shortened. Definatly something she could grow up with :)

sedgiebaby · 28/08/2010 19:22

Mirabelle

DuelingFanjo · 28/08/2010 19:25

Greta.

sungirltan · 28/08/2010 19:29

anya is unusual.

mirabelle is brilliant!

amelie has got a bit erm...popular 'round here.

jem1980 · 28/08/2010 23:07

Jemima is my favourite - traditional yet cool, but not too popular.

EightiesChick · 28/08/2010 23:18

Jemima is nice and not too popular yet.

Amelie not bad though personally I prefer Amelia. Nice shortenings to Amy or Millie.

I know an Aine and it is pronounced Onya when that form and spelling are used.

MamaMimi · 28/08/2010 23:20

Anya - short and sweet.

Easy to spell/pronounce, unusual but still a proper name.
