Urine ice cubes as an act of revenge?

A friend who, let's say, is a bit of a wild card. Mia (not real name) found out her BF had been unfaithful but rather than confronting him immediately she did a few things for revenge before going ballistic and throwing his belongings into a drum fire in the garden. Yes, this what's she like and she's a true and loyal friend but one you wouldn't want to cross.

He likes whiskey with just ice so she told me after she had done it that she peed in the (special round) ice cube tray! Mia found great satisfaction in watching him drink without noticing.

While i found it quite funny I did say that's disgusting, how would you feel? Her reply, it's not poison, he'll live and doesn't know. Fair enough, it could have been a lot worse, but I was shocked that she even thought of this.

The other things were inconveniences and more, such as a flat tyre, fish in boot of car, scratches on car, a delivery of meat to his office, he's vegan and more.

This girl was hellbent on making his life miserable for several weeks before she really let go, had his clothes and other stuff ready at side of a metal bin to throw in and ranting and shouting!

Mia only told me afterwards about it all and I said I understood her fury but it was cruel, clever but OTT.

Aibr...she should have just confronted him rather than tormenting

Aibu... he deserved it and learnt a lesson

Personally, I would be upset and wouldn't be able to hide my feelings and need to talk. However Mia is a completely different type of person, someone you're immediately attracted to because she's so outgoing but in a caring way and makes you feel special. She has so many friends, everyone loves her, but she takes no nonsense, will defend us all with passion. If someone hurt us she would do these same things.

While we're all in awe of her, we're also a bit scared of her!

Yikes. Sounds performative and calculating. I wouldn’t like her as a friend!

Purpleharlow · 11/09/2026 21:47

She sounds like a nob.

malloryknox123 · 11/09/2026 21:47

Nothing clever about it, this woman is a vicious harpy. I don’t blame you for being scared, you’ve probably already ingested something foul because you annoyed her.

BigMommasHouse · 11/09/2026 21:50

She sounds unhinged. He has dodged a bullet there….

Wellshellsbells · 11/09/2026 21:50

Well deserved! He’s the knob for cheating!

randomchap · 11/09/2026 21:51

So she threw his belongings into a drum fire? Damaged his car, put urine in his drinks?

What a delight

Seawolves · 11/09/2026 21:52

I think I'd be pulling back from the friendship, there is nothing funny about what she's done.

MrsLFii · 11/09/2026 21:52

In awe of her? Really? Sounds like it’s not just her judgement that’s off! I wouldn’t be friends with someone like that, but to each their own I guess.

hotmumshit · 11/09/2026 21:52

He deserved to be punished - the pissing in the ice cubes wouldve done it

She is unhinged - i would steer clear

strugglinguphill · 11/09/2026 21:53

Haha sounds like the cheating bastard deserves it…….but it’s not something I would do, I would confront him then leave

Yes, but cool off with her slowly else she may decide your car etc deserves criminal damage.

In awe of her? Dont be so bloody stupid.
If this is true you should be watching your back if in case you do something to offend her.

ItsStillWork · 11/09/2026 21:57

She’s a nutter!!

a dangerous one

PollyBell · 11/09/2026 21:58

No chance i have more self respect than that and would stop contact with anyone so unhinged

100% 😬

NewDogOwner · 11/09/2026 22:01

This is unhinged. To force someone to drink urine is horrific. These are proper crimes. Imagine reading that a man did this to his ex partner.

A guy I was seeing had a had time with an ex who wouldn't accept that he left her and started seeing me. She called him thousands of times and then came in the night to scratch 'wanker' and other horrible slurs all over his car and poured paint all over it. I'm sure she thought it was fair and funny. He was so humiliated having to drive it to get fixed and it was expensive. He was in tears with the stress of it and we were in fear of what she would do next. I was frightened she would attack me. It was really dark and frightening.

InOverMyHead84 · 11/09/2026 22:01

She sounds fun.

By that I mean dramatically unhinged.

Unhinged behaviour. Regardless of him being a shit this isn’t fine.

AgentPidge · 11/09/2026 22:06

This is immoral. I mean, he's obviously no saint, but this is a really horrible way to behave. She's shown you what she's like. I wouldn't trust her.

CurlewKate · 11/09/2026 22:07

Another fantasy post!

GodshmodIwantmymonkeyman · 11/09/2026 22:10

More AI drivel?

GodshmodIwantmymonkeyman · 11/09/2026 22:14

Urine ice cubes are a really stupid and pointless way to get revenge anyway unless you actually tell him afterwards. How is it revenge if nothing happens and he’s completely unaware?

Ratherhaveacupofteaandabiscuit · 11/09/2026 22:16

My main objection would be having urine in the freezer.

I support the idea of revenge in general as long as it is proportionate and nothing illegal but that is just unhygienic.

It was only a boyfriend though and unless it was prolonged deceit and they were living together it sounds over the top.

Just the one thing would have been enough.

Sometimes less is more.

Mindboggl · 11/09/2026 22:16

She sounds like a prick to be honest.

MajorSamanthaCarter · 11/09/2026 22:21

Mia if she exists is a psychopath. It's not friendship if you're scared of her it's more like low key Stockholm syndrome.
