AIBU to think neighbours should not be naked in their garden?

That assumes that the parents in question are able to handle it maturely themselves and actually listen to their children if they seem uncomfortable.

Unfortunately though, some parents handle it by laughing at their child and calling them a 'little prude', as happened to me. Which is why I feel passionately now that parents need to be sensitive to whether or not their children seem comfortable with their nudity if they choose to go naked at home.

If its laying in your garden i agree there is no law to stop it, police will not be interested.
Fences make sense and if a neighbour sants to look out of a bedroom windos it is tjeir choice and they do not need to look if ghey dont want to

I agree with you I go around the house naked in this weather and my place is'nt really overlooked so I go out in the garden naked to and I dont really care if neighbours bother to look it's my choice and they dont have to look

I think if they are naturists it's not a problem in their own home and garden. It's not sexual. It's our societal assumption that nakedness means sex that is the issue.

That being said I'm not sure how I'd explain that to a child so I understand why you'd wouldn't want it so obvious.

What do you mean 'fairly easy'? As in if I go into our spare room and stand on a chair I can see everything or I was pruning my roses and there they were... Naked!! In their own garden and this was in Nantwich. The dirty, evil bastards.

I think seeing a neighbour naked in their garden would be quite unusual. Not something you would come across regularly. The only time I've seen was when we were renting in SE Cornwall. A woman who lived next door to us would sunbathe in her garden, sometimes nude. I didn't have a problem with it at all.

Its their garden and you shouldnt be looking. If they were turned in yojr direction, wiggling their bits at you then I would agree with you, but these people are just naked. Just get on with your day and leave them enjoy their party.

A husband makes a flirty comment towards a woman who is not his wife and everyone screams "divorce him, he's a dirty pervert, you can't trust him" or some such other outraged comment but your neighbours go stark bollock naked into their garden with friends which is fully overlooked by other houses, they party until 3.30 am burning their bits on the barbecue and then dousing them in the hot tub and you're a prude or God knows what!
