Clare Balding is irritating AIBU?

Clare Balding can we have one sporting event without this woman. Wimbledon we ended up with her and now the bloody Winter Olympics have her. Next thing is she will be presenting Match of the Day. She pretends she knows literally everything annoyingly about tennis and now about skiing. Bore off. BBC can’t get anymore talent.
This woman came from horse racing commentating now she’s bloody everywhere not just sports. Highly irritating

Hahahahaha. I remember the dressing gown of doom one. I have 3 of these, 😆 🤣. I really would of like to have seen the roman empire one, sounds like my husband and his treadmill with the pie on a string hes running towards to get 😆 🤣.

Agree, can’t bear her annoying bloody jolly hockey sticks demeanour.
Sue should still be doing Wimbledon. It’s quite telling that they tend to use Annabel a lot, as she actually knows what she’s on about.

I like Claire Balding. I agree with the poster upthread that its great to see a female presenter of her age and who isnt into glamourous clothing and make up etc. Excellent.
But........ I would appreciate seeing a wider variety of other presenters too.

I feel I went to school with at least 10 Clare Baldings, so I have a soft spot for her.

I simply can’t stand her hair though. It’s like Princess Di in 1985, and that was dated then.

Yanbu if you don’t enjoy watching her.
I don’t mind her, find her knowledge on the sports she presents.
I did think she sounds ill just now though, like she had a proper cold

She's a skilled and intelligent commentator who does her research. Great to see a middle aged, non glamorous woman with a prominent role in television. YABU
