If that's him in the top picture, the title should better say "transsexual man" etc...

Who wears a red lacy basque to court? It says everything doesn't it?

Wonder what defence he will use in Crown court. Mental anguish due to pc of GR?

He may be a gender non conforming man.

Possibly, Jelly. Still legally going by a male name, and a paper blatantly misgendering a trans woman would get hell (am not saying that status should go undisclosed in court reporting, btw). From the info we have he just seems to be cross dressing.

Do archive that page, in readiness for the rewriting of history that often occurs subsequently.

He is not a transsexual man as he has a penis.

This person has spent almost every afternoon for the last five years walking around the city centre and Eldon Square wearing this exact outfit.

I don't think they own anything else.

"He is not a transsexual man as he has a penis."

My thoughts exactly, good to see some honest reporting for a change.

Yuck that outfit. Talk about the elephant in the room...

I know I shouldn't have but I did laugh when he dropped his trousers and exposed a baguette.

There's nothing to suggest this person is trans? I thought as mostly GC feminists, we support people being able to wear gender non-conforming clothes, etc. without it meaning anything about their sex or gender identity?

If we are going by stonewalls trans umbrella then he is trans.
It includes cross dressing and gender non confirming

first suspected of outraging public decency by dropping his trousers and brandishing a bread baguette

Hmm

@Comefromaway I know, why waste an opportunity where so many eyes should be on you!

I might be wrong but wasn't Jessica Yaniv that went to court on a tiara?

Report

I don’t think Jessica (now known as Jessica Simpson) wore a tiara to court. I think Jessica wore a low cut ball gown to speak at a local council meeting. That’s different.

So what happened as the case was due before the Crown Court on the 19th of January this year?

Report
MishyJDI · 13/05/2021 15:10

If that person committed a crime, then they do the time. Simples. The court will decide. Individual responsibility for one's actions...

I suppose I'm from a time when this meant cross dresser. My age has been outed! Oops

Indeed. It says everything we aren't permitted to say on this forum, for fear of deletion and a strike.

Lucky a picture is worth a thousand words.

I think ‘brandishing a baguette’ did it for me (then I realised it wasn’t a euphemism.

Are we sure they photo used was the same person?

(Brandishing a 🥖) 🤭

I liked how they had to clarify 'bread baguette' to avoid any confusion 😂
