Are transmen involved so much in transactivism?

Are there any Transmen transactivists who kick up a fuss publicly and demand to be in male only spaces?

What would male only spaces be? Where they wouldn't want women present for similar reasons that women want women only spaces... part of a mosque? What are some spaces men need dignity protecting from women? I mean this genuinely, I'm not trying to start a provocative post.

I have a little boy. He shows very natural signs of male aggression (likes playing with plastic swords and defeating the baddies etc) and has a body that's more athletic and strong than many of his female friends. He just naturally possesses this masculinity and is more hyperactive than the girls he's friends with. Of course they all play together and girls happily play with swords too but I notice it's really my son who starts these games if a girl is over for a playdate etc whereas a girl may initiate something a bit gentler like playing with paw patrol toys.

I'm wondering if I am missing it entirely and that where are transmen just as vocal about wanting to be in male spaces or if actually their natural femininity and probably socialisation as a child prior to transitioning means that they are behaving differently?

Happy to be told they exist and who they are... I just find it very interesting that I haven't personally cottoned on if there are lots also involved in activism

I suppose this statement is a bit provocative but... are there any transmen claiming their vaginas are male vaginas? Or calling gay men homophobic if they don't feel attracted to their mangina? (Or whatever word would replace ladydick? That I've seen used on twitter by transwomen recently)

There are a few incredibly influential ones at the top of the orgs quietly making all these changes.

They don’t tend to stamp and stomp and call women names on twitter though. And they certainly aren’t threatening to punch us or telling us to die in a fire.

Doesn’t mean they aren’t just as complicit though.

Oh right, who are they? Anyone I can google?

I mean I don't go far and easily come across LM or RJD etc

If transmen are not naturally taking on male aggression... and transwomen not naturally taking on being more gentler

While I think people can live how they want, doesn't that strongly demonstrate that we shouldn't be adapting our legislation as if people really are biologically different to the sex they were born as?

Are there studies done on this or is it just something I've noticed?

For starters, Stephen Whittle, James Morton, Nick Matte - advance apologies for the rabbit hole you are about to fall down.

We’ll be here with gin (or tea, if you prefer) when you resurface.

Thank you... I'll have a google and twitter nosey!

I think you have to remember that on top of the fact that women are socialised to be kind and roll over, many trans people who are female are teenagers or in their twenties and many are battling quite significant mental health issues. That population generally turns their attention/self-loathing inwards. Men who are trans tend on the whole to be much older.

Alex Bertie (on You Tube) is an interesting person to look up, as is Ash Hardell, although the latter is 'non-binary'. Both have a degree of influence.

Sam Feeney.. appeared in an Open University ad recently. Quite a pugnacious character it seems.
