Why is there zero chemistry between Ronnie and Charlie? They are not remotely compatible.

Sharon's hair was a major distraction during the funeral scenes. One minute it was tight curls, next it was long ringlets, then tight curls again. It was very distracting and utterly ridiculous and laughable. I know she's a vain old poopsie, but it made her a laughing stock, (at least it did in our house).

Also, it's not fair on baldie Phil with no hair at all. There's Sharon's masses of hair doing acrobatics and ballet on her head and poor old Phil with not a strand to call his own. What a cow.

Ronnie's baby was with Lola who we haven't seen for months. Roxy tried to get out of going by saying she had to look after him but Ronnie whispered "Lola" at her so of course she had to go, couldn't possibly have said "he'll be fine, he never even met the guy, you're my sister so I'm staying put."

I think Ronnie knows - she was twiddling her wedding ring in a thoughtful way before mystery bloke came in. I'm wondering if she'll insist she wants them to be together because she thinks he deserves more than to be stuck with someone who can barely hold their own baby. Then one day she'll recover from her depression & vow to wreak her revenge on them both for betraying her. She'll probably kidnap their first born or something!

Who is driving the madness pf Sharon's hair merry go round?!? Its v distracting wondering how long each & every ever more weird 'do' will last. Find a style and colour , stick to it: and lets all breathe a sigh of relief. Roxy/Linda and Ronnie have ! I liked the sleek none curled mid golden blonde look. White blonde was ageing, dark golden blonde looked bit greasy. And ringlets? Seriously????

New thread! Remember the heady days of live week when we had a new one every day. Buster paid for Stans funeral, no idea where he got the money from, he's just out of prison. And Max paid for Jim's with the money he has made on DVOs dodgy motors.

Max paid for jim's funeral tho there are 6 siblings so all could have paid £1k each - tho no one ever has a pot to piss in - but go to the pub/cafe every day for food/drink

I keep calling Matthew "James" too. Not quite sure why - the storyline was years ago & has hardly been mentioned since!

I had the same thought about Dot's house. Surely with the pressure on housing that nearly got rid of saw Kat & Alfie move to Hull they'd reclaim Dot's house. I assume Charlie is currently living there but presumably that's a subletting situation like the one Dot got into trouble for before. Maybe Charlie having Matthew meant that they've assigned him Dot's house but no-one's bothered to mention it!

Yes it is a curious fault in soaps that characters are "off screen" but never attend weddings or even their own parents' funerals. They should at least be mentioned such as "Jack is abroad" or "Suzy has a broken leg" or "We haven't cast April yet so we haven't come up with an excuse for that one"

De-lurking to ask - What happened to Kim's baby? If it has been mentioned since the live episodes then I must have missed it, but she never seems to be at the hospital anymore. Has she come home and gone in the baby cupboard with Denny and the rest of them?
