Positive thinking for low esteem

Can anyone recommend a good self-help book for teenagers? My ds1 is a lovely, clever 16 year old with very little self esteem. I know teenagers and little confidence go hand-in-hand, but some no-nonsense motivational thinking might help.

Feel the fear and do it anyway by Susan Jeffers?

Thanks hotpotmama. I don't know it - I'll have a look on Amazon. DS seems very confident and mature on the outside but is always saying that she is no good at things and isn't pretty (neither true). I'm trying to get her to see that saying things like that can be a self-fulfilling prophecy and not to focus so much on what's on the outside.

Well I was in my twenties when I read it but it definitely worked for me and a friend of mine who I recommended it to, gave up work and went off travelling round the world at nearly 40 after reading it, not suggesting that is what your DD will do
