How often do you change your bra? yes, it's been done before.

I just feel a bit mucky putting a bra back on after 1 day- and often I need a different colour/style so the one I have worn is draped over a chair.

Do you put yours back in the drawer or what?

At this time of year, every day pretty much.

Go two days in the winter tho. If I was wearing the wrong colour, yes, I put it back in the drawer. Like if I am going to wear a cardi or a skirt again, back in the wardrobe.

I'm not a man after all Grin

Every day, without fail, but I do generally sleep in one too.

I must be a right tramp :o, I don't mind wearing the same bra for 3 days or so if it's in alright condition, not sweaty ones or ones that have crumbs in

Back in drawer for me. Unless its very hot or I was exercising or obviously sweating. Otherwise 2 or 3 days use is ok IMHO.

Depends what colour top i'm wearing

I have one black, one white, one black tshirt bra, one white tshirt bra and a nice patterned one.

If i'm not going to wear it the next day I usually shove it back in the drawer.

Disclaimer: All my bras and gel/air ones so I don't think they would last long if I washed them all the time

I have about 8. Mainly push up T shirt bras but a couple with some lace so not for under Ts.

White, black and nude.

A couple of posher silk ones with matching knickers- but stupidly I only bought 1 pair each style so the bra gets one wearing with matching knickers.

Since reading previous threads on here I went and bought a few more good fitting bras and now change them every other day [smug emoticon]

me too, tortoise. Feel like a tramp after reading this thread. So do you all handwash them then as the labels advise? You must be washing them every day!??

Blush I am a tramp. I can go days without changing which bra I am wearing (obviously don't sleep in them). But I was ahem fairly flat chested so it's not like I had to worry about sweat or anything. Now following ds birth, having gone up one size (damn you I was promised voluptuous boobs!) I have five bras and rotate on a one/two day basis.

Wear them for two days, unless very hot and sweaty. Hang them over the banisters at night ( only the one I'm wearing, not the clean ones! )

I usually change mine every day. iWILL, I have a laundry bag that I put them in so they all go in the machine, and then the tumble dryer too.

See I normally hate the 'how often do you bath/shower' threads because I do it every other day generally due to dry skin and end up feeling skanky after reading them, but I do tend to change my bras daily or occasionally every other day. So maybe I'm just medium stinky.

I handwash them, yes but I have lots.

Have just orderd 4 more from my fave Brastop.com, and amazingly they all fit so I am keeping them (cost about £50, pretty good for my wierd size!).

Before that I had 7 plus two sports bras so only about a weekly/10-daily handwash.

Daily, unless I've run out, and I am sure I haven't leaked into it. I only have 3 or 4 nursing bras.Sad

IIRC, I deffo changed daily when I wore "normal" bras.

Can't believe so many people wash them after a single wear. Must be a slattern Blush as they go back in the drawer until the fourth or fifth wear. But my mum (who washes hers after every single wear) has pointed out that I don't sweat much Hmm. So perhaps it's horses for courses?

Couple of days but....mine too are draped over a chair. They only go in the knicker drawer when clean.

I wear my knickers for a week though.

Washing bras is so bad for them, mine go back in the drawer after every wear and get washed when I take one out and think 'hmm grubby'.

I bet some of them get worn for a couple of weeks, maybe more, easily.

putting on a fresh, clean bra feels lovely though

Every day. Even twice a day if sweaty and have changed clothes for whatever reason, eg going swimming, or Going Out in the evening.

I always wash my bras on an easy-care cycle with other lightweight laundry, ie not towels or jeans. I bag the bras up in 3s or 4s and they never get damaged or damage other laundry.

It does occasionally happen that I pass the Bra Event Horizon and have to fish one out of the laundry basket in desperation, but I would never put a bra back in the wardrobe unlaundered.

WTWTW - washing any clothes/knickers is 'bad for them' - does that mean you don't change your knickers daily? A couple of weeks... it will be full of dead skin, bacteria, sweat.... that can't be good for it either!

iWILL - no, I don't wash them by hand they just go in the machine with everything else. If it's a particularly special or delicate on it goes in a mesh bag, but not the 'ordinary' ones.

verysomething - I'm the same as you - surely its bad for the environment to do so much washing Grin - I expect lots of people are frightened off from writing the truth on this thread !
