Nothing I click on opens what I clicked on

Every thread i try to open, it opens a completely different one in chat. Example - try to open the one about child with high expectations on Christmas board, it opens something about how much tea is too much.

Am using app, checked for updates, all the usual stuff

Its been doing it to me since yesterday, very irritating.
Had to log in to the actual site to actually be able to read the threads I actually click on.

I get this as well on the android app. I keep trying to open threads in Books and get Weight Loss. I did wonder if I have changed settings to get the mumsnet I need rather than the mumsnet I want.

Desktop is fine.

I've logged in and out and I can't actually view any threads on legal now. Just a blank white screen. Can view anything on active though. But that wasn't the initial issue. Now I've signed out though its also removed all my favourites.

In fact it isn't just legal, I can't open any threads where I've searched for the topic first.

Uninstalled and reinstalled and now it's worse! Getting the blank white screen, same as pp. At least before I was getting a thread (just not the one I asked for).

As others have said, active works totally fine as does my watched threads.

Grrrr my favourites have disappeared too. I think this started a couple of days ago when playstore was saying there had been a bug fix update

Hey thanks for flagging this one - I introduced a new bug in the most recent release, my bad! It only affects 10% of users, but it's pretty disruptive, so I've just reverted the change and recommitted to the Play Store, it should be live later tonight. I'll let you know when the fix is available.

There is now an updated version in the Play Store that should fix this issue - could someone check if it's available and that it resolves the problem?

I uninstalled and reinstalled (think it was a different version as it was saying last update was 8th or June or something rather than a couple of days ago which is what it said this morning) but still have a white screen when opening anything that isn't in active or watched

Ok, I previously released to the same 10% of users, which I'm not sure is getting to you @Needadviceagain @milkytwilight, so I've increased it to all 100% of users. Under 'What's new' it should say:

FIXED
Bug when opening threads from the topic list.

It's showing in the Play Store for me. Can you see that? If so, does downloading it fix the problem? Thanks for your patience!
