Does anyone else's partner make comments about how you have no reason to be tired/you're lazy/you don't do anything all day because you 'stay at home all day'. It's starting to get on my nerves now! Sad

And if I was married to a knob head who said things like that, id make sure I got myself back to work sharp ish and make it clear that he was responsible for 50% of all nursery pick ups/drop offs, 50% of all the DC’s absences for sickness, 50% of all household chores and 50% of all childcare in non work time.

Nope! Would not be impressed if he did tell him to swap and see how hard he finds it!

Yes STBXH did! I then went back to work but was still responsible for looking after ds during the day, doing all housework, cooking etc, then go to work in the evenings when he came home and ds was asleep. Then he had the cheek to complain to me that I didn't "make time" for his DM and go to see her. There's a reason he's an ex! Angry

Try leaving your partner at home w the kids alone for a few hours (hide all iPads, remotes etc). See what he thinks then. My dh used to make annoying comments about the house not being tidy enough and I’m home all day so it should be tidy. So every time I got annoyed I would threaten to leave him with the kids all day alone. That was enough to stop him saying anything. I’ve left him with the kids alone for a few hours and he gets really tired out from all the noise etc. He realises it’s a lot of work and tells me to get help when I need it (cleaner or nanny help).
