Raw as in cold from a tin would be fine - Dried/uncooked, not ok

do you mean actually little hard uncooked dried ones, or do you mean ones that have been soaked and cooked but then not actually made into anything else?

If the latter, then I can't see why you shouldn't.

Presumably you don't men dried chickpeas, which are raw and uncooked and undigestible to humans grin

If you mean straight from the tin, of course it's alright, they are, after all, already cooked, like all tinned food.

I would only worry about the possibility of choking, but that is my personal parental paranoia grin
