Does anyone think these might open up/take the tape off soon? My little one is desperate to go on the swings again and as we don’t have a garden, we can’t set one up for him.

Im presuming that playgrounds come under leisure facilities, which is in Stage 3 of the government's roadmap. Stage 3 is supposed to start early July.

That's for England. I don't know about Scotland, Wales or NI.

My kids do miss their local playgrounds. In the mean time, consider giving your LO piggyback rides, bouncing them on your knees, and lifting them up and down while singing "The Grand Old Duke of York" (good substitute for the gym too! Just be careful with your back...)
