He's Dutch, from Limburg. As an honorary Dutchie (married to one, here 6 years now for my sins), I can tell you that this makes him deeply odd. I used to have a violent reaction to him - one day his tour coach passed us on the motorway and I told DH to run it off the road - but I'm somehow slowly being persuaded of his charms. i adore him, he's on my mp3 player along with lots of 80's heavy metal bands. there is also a fair bit of country and western on there and alfie boe. if i'm ever run down while out running and the emergency services listen to it i think they'll be quite confused.

Haha! He is always on the tv, we have watched him in fascination before. The crowds at his concerts love him. I've also seen him driving around town recently on the side of a sky van so he must be a reason for people to get sky tv.
