I got a make up set - lip gloss, eyeshadows and some rather funky false eyelashes Grin some dkny perfume and some face powder from Himself. And a lovely fruity bubble bath set and some nice moisturiser and shower stuff from my parents. And a lovely little bit of material with stitching on it from my youngest.

It was all really lovely. It was so nice to have things to open on Christmas Day. I felt really spoiled Grin. It's just so nice when people go to the trouble of getting you a present. I felt like a kid Grin

I got loads of nice things (too embarrassed to list everything, though nothing cost £100s!).

The worst thing I got was a kind of kitchen 'starter set' with a grater and tin opener etc.

I left home 7 years ago. What do my parents think I've been doing since then with cheese?

Highs: gorgeous Tiffany silver starfish necklace from DP and HD camcorder from my parents (I'm expecting the first grandchild so they're very excited)

Low: fake fur trimmed hat, gloves and weird twisty scarf from DP's mum. The hat isn't quite big enough for my big head, which adds to the overall effect Grin

My mum got a glass snow globe with robins in it from her sister. It had the price on it... and the name of my stepmum (ie. mum's ex husband's wife) on the front.

They do actually get on and usually exchange nice normal pressies so it was a bit random.

High: Mug I have been loving from Urban Outfitters from dd1 (with her saved up allowance, bless)

Low: Extremely expensive jewellery roll in silk and velvet )left the tag on!) costing more than most of the jewellery I own!
