Actually, I don't see why the original Capt Jack wouldn't have gotten away with the kiss. Afterall, if anyone had reported it it would have sounded like they were all drunk or mad. "Two men kissed and then one of the men and a Japanese girl walked into a big, round light and disappeared." I bet one-one would have referred to it at all for fear of psycological investigation.

I'm really looking forward to the snog with James Marsters, according to an interview with John Barrowman it's very hot.

It's not about them 'reporting it', though. It's about them taking him out the back for a jolly good shoeing. It's remarkable how quick people's attitudes can change once the same-sex thing is in the mix.

Well, apparently he's impressed the PTB at TW so much that he's been signed for another 2 episodes - possibly finale of S2 and an episode of S3.

Cynical though it may be I have to wonder when they decided this - after they shot the original episode, or after the news was announced and every forum I've been on (regardless of type) has had some sort of 'OMG Spikes on TW, I'll have to watch it now' thread..........

ooohh Spike and his 'you are the one' speech - still gives me shivers - I never really realised how much I fancied him until then:
