My Mum would love it!

But she wears jersey tops back to front to create a different neck line.

great if you want to look like a ferrero rocher

It looks suspiciously like that yellow thing comes with a matching jacket????? I can see it as a "school run outfit".....

SausageRocket · 03/10/2009 15:49

Jesus H Tapdancing Christ that gold Per Una thing is terrifying.

janeite · 03/10/2009 15:47

Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh my EYES. That yellow thing is quite probably the most hideous thing I have ever seen.

Boak. Some things you just can't unsee.

The court shoes aren't helping are they? Not that I can think of any footwear that would.

Ooh, ooh. I know!

CROCS!

OMG! That yellow long skirt would make you like a giant inflatable banana

WTF? That gold skirt teamed with a black top and heels says one reviewer. Well if you want to go out looking like a bumblebee... maybe she bought it for Hallowe'en???

I had a per una skirt once upon a time. It was nice and simple. Why has it gone all weird???

Amandoh · 03/10/2009 12:49

I laughed at that bit too Tulpe.

I hoped you clicked "Yes" as to whether or not you found the information helpful or not. I did.

tulpe · 03/10/2009 12:44

OMFG. Amandoh....there should be a public health warning on that skirt. I am not sure I will ever recover from that.

And as for that guide written by the Per Una Activist, my favourite bit was :

"I hope all of this isn't too mind blowing, and I hope you now have a complete understanding of the Per-Una label at Marks & Spencer."

Hmmm.....yes, indeed. Not at all mind blowing and how incredibly sad that you appear to have made it your life's work to decipher and define

OMG that is VILE!!

Oh my eyeeeeeeeeeees Amandoh, that is hideous.

Quite like the other one - shame it's cheap nylon. But then I like Westwood stuff.

Report
Amandoh · 03/10/2009 12:36

Yes, my immediate thought was "Poor man's Westwood."

It's just a mess isn't it? The pose is very odd too. Looks like the model was snapped doing a hoe down. What's even more shocking is that it's not even the worst skirt in the range. Take a look at this montrosity. Actually; don't.

Someone must be buying this stuff thought I. So, I had a Google to see if I could find them and I think I've tracked her down....

She starts: "As an activist for the Per Una brand..." More here if you can be arsed.

I knew it would be per una before I opened the link. What are they thinking? Taken a leaf out of vivien westwood's book I think. Can't stand her either. (like I know anything about fashion) I so don't, but I know I don't 'get her'

AllThreeWays · 03/10/2009 12:30

Oh dear now embarrassing......I really like it

Report
tulpe · 03/10/2009 12:17

OMG that is hideous. I don't get it either.

Perhaps it is an attempt to work the Vivienne Westwood/All Saints modern take on ruffles and bustles? But whoever thought that fabric, length and style would be bought by anyone needs a serious reality check.

Scary to think someone has been paid to actually "design" that.

people with no taste its awful

Am I alone in thinking that Per Una is just, well, weird ? Who is it targeted at?
