I want everything in Massimo Dutti!

It is sooo stylish and chic. I want at least ten of the shirts but at 60 or 70 quid a pop it’s beyond me. And now there’s nowhere to where them anyway...

So after multiple calls, web chats and circular discussions I have managed to return some items. Hopefully a £ return will happen at some point.
Apparently while they allow you to check out as a guest they don't have a returns process for guests, just people who have created accounts and so have their order visible to them on their account.
Kept shoes and a jacket which were lovely. Shirt in a size 12 was more like a 16, weirdly huge, and a 12 jumper which was tiny and went back. Eventually.

Nice customer service team if slightly baffled and annoyed by their own "process"

The women on their website look like they need a bit of a hand getting dressed 😂

Yes some of their clothes need a careful clean which makes them a pain in the arse but I really like MD! They’re one of the few brands I feel like I can order clothes that will fit, make me feel good and I won’t have to send most of it back. Yes they are a splurge shop but I don’t mind paying more for clothes I really like.

Yeah I'd agree about the quality. I'm happy to pay a tenner for a jersey top of theirs in TKs but not full price stuff off their website.

Knitwear is lovely. The returns process is just like Zara. I’ve found both quick.

In my next life I am coming back as a MD model . Imagine getting paid to wear the collection!

I’ve bought three of their thick polo neck jumpers this season & they’ve been bloody marvellous! I’ve also got the grey rubberised jeans which fit like a glove.

I think they’re owned by the same parent company as Zara? I agree their quality is shite. Some lovely design, everything needs tailoring somewhere or other, and it never washes well. Shame.

That’s interesting Damsel, I don’t feel so bad about not being able to afford their stuff now.

Recently bought a satin shirt (€69), which I loved. One wash & it is like a rag. Could never wear it again. Shocking quality. Can’t take it back as we’re in lockdown for another month.

Didn’t realise this is quite common with their shirts till I mentioned my experience to a couple of people who stopped buying from them for this reason.

I have to say I think the website isn’t very user friendly though.@TreadSoftlyOnMyDreams you have worried me about the returns process..I fear I will be between sizes so likely to have to return stuff if I eventually crack...

I too love Massimo Dutti, it's so chic but sadly my body shape needs to change. Sad
The quality isn't great though it looks fab.
I bought a silk blouse and after two washes it was a rag. Not so a silk blouse from Banana Republic

Their returns process is shite. Nothing with the delivery and the website sends you around in circles

I love Massimo. They were great last winter too. When I win the lotto I’m buying one of everythingGrin.

They have a velvet puffer that I’m covering so much it’s not good for me Grin

Beat me to it! I've found a few Massimo Dutti bits in TK Maxx. Usually tops, but I'll be on the lookout for jumpers when we're allowed back in shops!

Ooooh I love MD... splurged on a turtle neck sweater in Sept but it’s too warm to wear it yet... I too would buy much more from there if I could afford it!

They've been doing 30% off quite regularly this year.

I was lucky enough to find massimo dutti cashmere sweaters in 4 different colours in my size for a tenner each in tkmaxx about 6 weeks ago so I bought all 4 plus 2 extra for DD Xmas presents

Aw, thanks for reminding me of Massimo Dutti. Window shopping on my iPad is my favourite Saturday night activity.
Loving the aqua coloured oversized cashmere jumper.
