Where does Karen in Colf Feet shop for clothes ?

I really envy Karen's look - jeans, layered tops, nice blazer & scarf. Its a look I would like to be able to pull off, although the fact she is tall and slim rather than short & fat might make a slight difference.
Where can I shop on the high street for the sort of layered tops & jumpers that she wears.

As for Hermione. In my mind it's the whole package.

Um...okay. Red is a going out colour though. On another night out with him she wore a black suit with a high necked white blouse.

It's not wrong - I bet she looks better in red. I just think breaking her out of neutrals now that she's having sex is a bit lazy.

Or was that when she went along as David's plus one? Can't remember now, I obviously wasn't paying enough attention to the sartorial/sexual subtexts .

I think it simply relates to a woman like Karen keeping more vibrant colours for evening wear, while daytime stuff tends to be muted and classic. I obviously have too much time on my hands as well I'm actually putting off getting the house straight after a mass kids' sleepover .

I fell over (in a few more years, they'll call it 'having a fall') and crocked my ankle so cannot do anything this weekend except lie on the settee and think about the meaning of life. Yes you're right - that's her character, saving her best colours 'for best'.

She wasn't a well heeled murmuring woman in Spooks. She was an active and very clever spy in MI5, who wore the same suit and flat shoes for most of the series!

She was my favourite Spooks character. Hard as nails.

Re the suit she wore - she was going out with David as his plus one because his wife couldn't or wouldn't go. It was nothing to get excited about.

When she wore the red dress she was a woman getting dressed up for a date.

Reading Herminone Norris's wiki page she seems to have gone to a private ballet school for those going on to have a career in dance.
There is no jumper in the world that will provide that level of poise.
Her feet probably aren't pretty though if that helps?

Re the bag. Marks and Spencer did one almost identical to that one this year. It may even be it. It cost 80 pounds.
