Where does Karen in Colf Feet shop for clothes ?

I really envy Karen's look - jeans, layered tops, nice blazer & scarf. Its a look I would like to be able to pull off, although the fact she is tall and slim rather than short & fat might make a slight difference.
Where can I shop on the high street for the sort of layered tops & jumpers that she wears.

Thanks Littlebeek. Just seen a couple in M&S - more my price bracket.

Gaelforce looks like the Mulberry Anthony messenger to me

I want to live in that house with all their things and happy to wear her clothes too. I heart Karen

I'd kill for her kitchen too

Why us everything in Karen's house a sort of blue grey? She and her daughters wear clothes to coordinate with it!

HN's hair seems to be very fine and is wispy when longer. This short bob really sorts out that problem.

I did ballet and I do get compliments on my posture.
I'm not slim like HN though sadly.

I always wanted ballet lessons. Damn my parents - I could be gliding through life now with grace and poise.

Re the bag. Marks and Spencer did one almost identical to that one this year. It may even be it. It cost 80 pounds.

Bloody hell, I did 12 years of thrice weekly ballet classes and I'm a comparative schlump!

Wonder if it's too late to get a refund....Wink

Looking for this style of bag...anyone know where this or similar is from?

She has her hair cut by Lino at Daniel Galvin I believe.

Reading Herminone Norris's wiki page she seems to have gone to a private ballet school for those going on to have a career in dance.
There is no jumper in the world that will provide that level of poise.
Her feet probably aren't pretty though if that helps?
Loved her in Spooks.

Anybody see her handbag in tonight's episode? The one she left on the floor in the hotel? Any ideas where from?

A Next jumper made an appearance tonight. I tried it on and it looked like a sack on me.

Well I know where she got her handbag because I have the same one!😊

It is the way she moves.

I was looking at a mum in the playground today. She is tall, slim, never rushed and appears somewhat detached. Looking at her reminded me of this thread

I loved the suit with the high necked blouse.

Report
ohdearme1958 · 09/10/2016 22:40

Re the suit she wore - she was going out with David as his plus one because his wife couldn't or wouldn't go. It was nothing to get excited about.

When she wore the red dress she was a woman getting dressed up for a date.

Two very different occasions.

It's much easier to look elegant when you're tall and slim. Sigh.

She was my favourite Spooks character. Hard as nails.

Report

She wasn't a well heeled murmuring woman in Spooks. She was an active and very clever spy in MI5, who wore the same suit and flat shoes for most of the series!
