Help! Plus size dress for black tie dinner low budget!

Well I think the title says it all really. I am going to a black tie charity dinner next saturday, I have nothing, don't really do dresses. I have less than £50 to spend. I am a size 20, 5'6", hour glass with pale skin and a chocolate brown bob.
Please help I have looked everywhere I can think of!

tether can't quite stretch to them but they are lovely.
Do you think I could get away with a high neck, I have quite a big bust, 38H so tend not to go for a high neck, maybe I should.

you will need something to break up the expanse of colour ..statement necklace, with edge maybe as you dont usually do dresses, don't forget you can get stuff sent to store and it's free.

ohmydarlinI did and it was lovely but it just was not me, the colour just didn't suit me and they didn't have any of the black [boo]
I did get a dress though, from ebay, what do you think of this dress, I have some really nice hot pink floral shoes pink bag and jewellery.
