Lancome Bifacils - it is brilliant and gets rid of everything (including indelible gel eyeliner)

I think Simple eye make-up remover is very effective. It's non-oily, too. The oily ones leave a residue which doesn't bother me if I'm going straight to sleep but has me blinking nineteen to the dozen if I want to read in bed.

I use sephora eye make up remover, but if I can't get that, then virgin vie make up remover. They are great and even take off liquid eyeliner in one wipe!

Macademia nut oil is the best makeup remover I've ever used. Good for your skin too Smile

Botanics one that you have to shake up. I always wear waterproof and it shifts it with 2 wipes. Never found anything to better it yet.

Another one for Botanics here, I used to use the Chanel one until an assistant in Boots mithered me to try it. It was only a few pounds and I was sceptical. However, total convert - love it!

The best one I have found is the one you need to shake from Clarins.

I like loreal ...about 2.75 in boots

Botanical eye make up remover gel is good, it's about £5 and you only need a small amount so it lasts forever. Not too greasy either!

with waterproof mascara I think the oily 'two phase' removers (where you shake to combine) are best.

bourjois do a blue one in massive bottle for under fiver (or could get it in current 3 for 2 cosmetics at Boots)

Garnier do one in a big bottle too, not specific for eyes but works great on mascara. under £4 I think.

Failing that, baby oil works too in an emergency!

Vichy Purete Thermale - blue bottle - £9 from Boots - excellent stuff. (They often have 3 for 2 offers when I stock up.)

Best one by far IMO is Olay. It's a cream instead of an oil and gets every bit of mine off.

And I do like a fair bit of eyeliner Wink

body shop - huge bottle lasts for ages and it is good for sensitive eyes

Agree with the No7 one - I usually stock up when they have those £5 vouchers as well.

The Body Shop camomile remover for sensitive eyes is also excellent.

Body Shop. Its perfect (and non-oily).

Yep, the Botanics oily one is good. The No7 one is similar and I slightly prefer it. It's £7.75 but you can get it when they have those £5 vouchers. It comes in a pump bottle which is less faff than the Botanics screw top.

I use Boots Botanics. It always on three for two and its under a fiver a bottle. Its a bit oily, but its kind on my eyes and have been using it for years.
