Just wanted to moan really. My son is in year 11 at a special school and it doesnt have s sixth form. So he has to move setting. Well there arent any if life skills arent appropriate. He's that moderate need level.
He might manage a specific practical course in a localish FE college with support. They do interviews and all the non ehcp children find out in thier interview if they get an offer. He has to wait for the college to see his ehcp before an offer. This is a slow LA process. So people keep saying 'how was your interview' and he just has to say he doesnt know but I can see its making him feel bad.
Its just such a mean system.
