My baby is always tired!

My nearly 5 month old seems to be tired all the time!

She only naps for 30/40 mins during the day and then will get tired and want to sleep again in an hour. She doesn't sleep in her bouncer and wants to be rocked and bounced in my arms! It's very tiring

She's very occasionally napped 1-2 hrs and woke up very upset unlike when she sleeps for half an hour, she wakes up smiling but wish her wake window would last more than an hour, she gets cranky within half an hour of waking up!

Her night time sleep is not great. Sleeps at 9pm, wakes up at 10 for a feed. Back to sleep until 2.30, feeds and sometimes won't settle back so easily (sometimes takes 1 hr to get back to sleep, she just cries when put down again). Will sleep again until 5.30 and will have another feed. She then wakes up at around 7.30/8am am she doesn't really go back to sleep so I take her down.

Not sure what I can do to help me stay more awake during the day! She's not a great drinker, has around 3.5/4 oz every 2.5/3hrs.

Is she drinking enough during the day ? I'd give them a dream feed before they wake up at 9 or 10 for it but definitely make sure they are getting enough during the day that makes a huge difference to them waking at night as their tank is already full going to bed . I've no help with naps mine will only sleep on me , I've had a tiny bit of success rocking her in her buggy but more often to not she needs to be rocked to sleep and sleeps on me.

She's not a keen drinker so only drinks as much as she needs at that time. I've tried to give her more but she'll straight reject it. Waiting till she's 5.5 months and I'll start with some baby porridge before bed and see if that helps her with her night sleep.

My little one is also only napping on me. I've occasionally transferred her to the bed but wakes up immediately or very soon after!
