My pregnancy book tells me that I should be doing 20 rounds of 10 seconds of kegels three times a day. It says that it's only five minutes out of your day which makes it sound so easy and makes me feel so guilty for not doing them.
I probably do about 15 squeezes three times a week i.e. whenever I remember. How often do you do them?
I think I was a bit more diligent in my last pregnancy but definitely not doing five minutes a day. My pelvic floor was in pretty good shape after birth the last time so I think they probably are worthwhile but still can't be arsed to do them.
