How to help a friend with PND?

My friend has a 2 month old baby and she is suffering with PND. I'm going to see her soon - how can I help her? I've had a baby myself but no experience with PND.

Take a cake. Be there to listen. Offer to take baby whilst she has a shower. Arrange regular meet ups. Does her DP know?
