Awwww bless him iwish I expect it's because he's with you most of the time :) What you up to this weekend?
Just saw your post Liz about your shorts, sorry, I missed that as I was being self centred about Euan walking. I bet they look lovely.
How're you feeling now?
How long is it before you go away?
Nothing planned here, going into town tomorrow as it's dry. Been stuck in the house all week apart from a quick scoot out Wednesday morning, so pulling our hair out!
Just want to get packing and move now. Got all the paperwork this morning finalised so we are moving 3 weeks Monday eeekkk!
Rob's mum and dad are coming on the 18th, so we'll get everything in the house done that we need to do for then (one of the bloody bathroom tiles on the floor has flaming cracked, so it's just things like that.)
Then when they've gone we can pack! They're bringing us a load of plastic boxes Rob's brother used for packing so that'll be very handy. He's just moved so they're empty now.
Euan getting very confident on his walker, but he keeps running out of space! He chases Bella with it and thinks it's hilarious lol! He can't turn it though so he gets a bit frustrated when he hits something.
I've been teaching him how to get off the sofa feet first over the last couple of weeks, and he did it on his own today, so very happy he's done that. He's very aware of height, so he doesn't just jump off the sofa or bed anymore. Just got to teach him the stairs now.
Mum and dad said they taught us to come backwards down the stairs rather than have a stair gate, so am attempting that, but think we'll have to get a couple of stairgates anyway as we've got 2 flights of stairs in the new house, so it would take ages to get Euan down on his own!
Just looking for a new bed at the mo. Ours is a King and going in the guest room as we want a super king (had on holiday and bloody lovely especially when Euan came in!!), and we're contemplating giving Euan the double. He's really bashing around in his cot now and can't even roll as his cot is too narrow, so were going to get him a single bed. Have had a look on the net and people have said just put the mattress on the floor, and put side rails up, which I've found. We'll have the spare double, which we could put in his room instead of a single, but the only thing I'm a bit concerned about is the bed making his room small. He's got a lovely sized room, and don't want a double bed to make it small. Will have to see when we get there really :)
