Some NOW thoughts on EXPERIENCING EMOTIONS

We must not negate our emotions nor dishonor anyone else's grief no matter what the cause.

Our astral body is the vehicle through which we humans have the ability to experience all manner of SENTIENCY. Emotions are merely one aspect of our human experience of SENTIENCY.

We must, and MUST is the critical word here, make the choice to experience each and every emotion in the immediacy of the moment and EXPERIENCE IT 100% for any residual emotion not fully experienced is ALWAYS placed within our PANDORA'S BOX which we keep safely guarded within our mental aura. This harboring of unexperienced emotion within this PANDORA'S BOX is the cause of all manner of disease and ill coming to us.

A key factor in experiencing our emotions in the NOW is that we have the opportunity to get it over and done with RIGHT THEN! And, the "RIGHT THEN" is the TIME/SPACE whereby we learn our greatest lesson from the situation which is causing us to be IMMEDIATELY OVERWHELMED by our emotion. To postpone the full 100% experienced emotion is the surest way to lose the knowledge gained from our experience. Allowing our lower, rational mind to chew on our suppressed emotions only aides and abets planetary negativity to be magnetized to our aura. By our choice to ignore and/or bury our emotions until such time as we THINK we can better handle them, we create the very thing we despise the most - our own victimization.

This is not advocating that we become raving mad or uncontrolled maniacs while experiencing any of our emotions - for I am not. To really experience any emotion, even the most vile of them all HATE, one need only RECOGNIZE it as existing within our BEING - right THEN AND THERE - and LET it just BE. Feel it, LET it exist 100% in that MOMENT and not one moment more.

When we do that, experience 100% whatever emotion we are being OVERWHELMED by, we are in control, we are in our CENTER OF POWER and from that point of CONSCIOUSNESS, we choose to LET it expend itself completely within that MOMENT OF TIME/SPACE. Sometimes we feel that we need to experience the emotion for a longer period of time but that is merely our own SELFISH need to get something more from the experience than what was to be learned.

How can one realistically in this dimension of consciousness impart this information to someone who has pain/grief?

As difficult as this may be to understand, it is a truism, we cannot ever "reason" with anyone who is CENTERED WITHIN THEIR ASTRAL (EMOTIONAL) BODY. There is no reasoning with anyone when they are choosing to experience their emotionalism. It is a physical impossibility for their MIND is no where to be found in that STATE OF BEING. We can only "reason" with a person when they, themselves, have made the choice to cease living within their astral vehicle as their only reality. Once a person has made the choice to become responsible for their thoughts, emotions and actions, then we can reason with them and teach them how to healthily experience their emotions - even their deepest grief.

There is also another misconception, that is to think that one can never again experience grief, anger, etc. over a situation. Since we are at the stage of our human development whereby our lower mind has the unique ability to "re-call" or "re-member" specific incidents of pain - such as the grief over the loss of our loved ones, we are prone to our astral vehicle being thrown IMMEDIATELY into the emotion of grief at the mere thought of our loved one. It is absolutely "OK" to experience "anew" another MOMENT IN TIME whereby we need only RECOGNIZE it as existing within our BEING - right THEN AND THERE - and LET it just BE. Feel it, LET it exist 100% in that MOMENT and not one moment more. It's tantamount to having a really great sneeze and feeling so good after it is done!

When the grief OVERWHELMS and simply LET it BE experienced 100%. When the grief is completely expended, you can have a great little chat about love and life´s lessons.

There are times of short temper and impatience that have OVERWHELMED and the emotions run amuck. Every single time that these emotions are not honored, experienced 100% in the immediacy of the MOMENT, the astral vehicle became the bully in ones life. To gain control over it and its need to dominate the consciousness, don´t feel GUILTY over the slip up. Do not feed it any negative type of thoughts or thought forms to sustain its bully control over life. Each and every time those slip ups occur, jump back and chill out over the mis"use" of astral and mental substances - laugh at how easy it is to start "braying".

Monitoring our thoughts and emotions by being the Master of them both is exactly what life is all about in the first place. If we cannot truly control our astral body and our mental body and make our CONSCIOUSNESS the MASTER of them both, then we cannot ever attain the title of SHAMAN or MASTER OF THE WISDOM. We are in our POWER when we make the CHOICES of which thoughts and emotions by which we live our lives.

Neither our astral body (for it has an elemental consciousness of its own which is also egged on by many differing kinds of entities residing within the astral realm) nor our mental body (it, too, has an elemental consciousness of its own which is also egged on by many differing kinds of entities residing upon the lower mental realm) are to be the CENTERS OF POWER in our Earth life, they are to be merely vehicles of expression whereby we SENSE life through them and their special attributes. Our CENTER OF POWER is in our higher MENTAL BODY - that part of our SOUL which resides within the CAUSAL REALM. It is through our higher MENTAL BODY, our INTUITIVE mind, that we EXPERIENCE and EXPRESS our DIVINE POWER.

An instinctual trait which we lost was the ability to COGNIZE - RECOGNIZE the "frequency" subtleties that are occurring within the astral realm. INSTINCT IS AN ASTRAL BODY FUNCTION and has nothing to do with mind. It is our greatest asset for KNOWING what is occurring around us in the etheric and astral realm - if we recognize it, honor it and ultimately use it correctly. The problem, however, is that from early childhood we have been programmed to dishonor our "gut" chakra sensations (instinct) and many have lost the ability to RECOGNIZE it as it is occurring daily in our lives. What has been lost is the ABILITY TO RECOGNIZE ? not the instinct itself.

The first thing I thought of when I read your first post was a time I heard Brandon Bays talk in London some years ago. She does a lot of "Journey" work. One process she uses is like peeling an onion and helps (often quite dramatically) people with blocked emotions and their physical manifestations.

She explained that you have to really feel 100% the dominant emotion you have at the time, really really experience it and let it be, and feel what that is like. Then after a while that emotion will slip into another underlying emotion, and you should let that be too, accept it and really feel it 100%. This then goes into another emotion and so on until you come to the underlying emotion. This often brings up a strong memory/experience from your past, which is still causing problems in the present, but has got so buried that you were no longer aware of it as a root cause.

So for example someone who experiences a lot of anger may fully experience that anger, then find the anger becomes fear (often the cause of anger), which then becomes a feeling of loneliness, then abandonment, and a memory comes up of something related to that. By going back to that memory/experience and telling yourself that it is OK, everything is fine, experiencing it again from your current perspective, you can heal it and the emotional and physical manifestations can be healed.

I full agree that blocked emotions can be the cause of a great deal of negativity and negative energy and cause long-lasting problems on both an emotional and physical level. However, these problems and their manifestations become so much a part of us that we start to accept them and they "become" us, if you see what I mean. This status quo can easily become comfortable and the idea of changing it, rooting around in our emotions to fully experience them and get back to our true selves can be a very scary idea.

Society has reached a point where instinct or intuition are not trustworthy compared with anything that can actually be proved with cold hard science. So people just ignore it or "turn it off".

How can we regain this use of our intuition and become more aware of it?

THanks Beety. I do indeed.

CQ this is exactly what layering is peeling back the layers of emotion until you reach the underlying cause. You have to experience each one fully to get to the final one though.

Hi Meg&Soph - busy with houses.. I think HuggyBear is too! If you have a moment perhaps you might like to say hi on her ´Who are you????´thread in spirit section. Blessings and light over selling and painting.

Caribbeanqueen - Great post! I am quite busy at the moment to respond but will do at some stage (family visiting atm)

Had a dream just before being woken by dd this morning.. was observing a helicopter landing rather rakishly on a beach.. a load of mad scientists jumped out to do a video of their new enormous book on String Theory!! lol Anyway they got me holding the book.. and I keep saying I don´t understand... cos they used lots of scientific jargon never heard to my ears before -- and kept saying bone is bone (one even showed his backside ha ha), string is string like I was supposed to see the simplicity of the entire theory. Saw a bubble web matrix diagam thing with new planets becoming visible.. there were two squares with no bubble on them. Woke up just as one was upside down on top screen of camera mouth wide open yapping... bone is bone!

Anyway thats the dream!!

"Though you explain, people miss the point or don't believe in you; Though your motivation is truly altruistic, people think it's not. These days, when the crooked see the straight as crooked, you can't help anyone - give up any hope of that."

That might seem negative or sad to think like that but it is also realistic of how in a sense, life and beauty can be porn to another. It also reflects how someone who always looks to the future for a better life will never achieve it because it is the now that matters. Because NOW is the FUTURE.

Caribbeanqueen for me doing and being are important to show people how to recognise positive NOW emotions and to value their intuition. I am not going to set about being a missionary to the cause of humankind, but I will always work on improving myself and hope that the reflection of SELF will cast thought, intuition processes into the lives of others who see those sparks. How great or small that ripple will be over the period of my life will depend on my path.

I think you work in hypnotherapy and have just set up a practise?? Remembering hazily a thread about something like that awhile back?! If it was you!! do you think people who often seek help are wanting an improved view of life, a solution to their emotions or their current situation, or are they wanting their EGO to be stroked.
