....well I suppose gutted is a bit strong a word! I must be hormonal, but there have been a few that have posted looooong lists of Mumsnetters they know and I've thought I 'know' them quite well..... but zilch, nowt, nyaddah, nuffink!

I'm off to be irrationally miffed. Hmph...

Do you see?

It is like I was never even here

perhaps i should start my own thread off where I talk to myself only using another chat name.

Fimbo · 24/02/2005 10:35

Yay Yay, Toothache's ds loves me!!!!!!!!

(now where did I leave that costume again)

Fimbo · 24/02/2005 10:37

Dilly-Dally I have spoken to you (cant remember what about though) . To be honest I think its quite nice not to be remembered

flashingnose · 24/02/2005 10:39

Aren't you an accountant DillyDally? With a sideline in dodgy pushchairs obviously .

DillyDally · 24/02/2005 10:40

Is there a problem with the pushchair?
I hope not.

kid · 24/02/2005 10:42

TBH, I haven't read through all the messages on that thread so have no idea if I have been remembered or not. It makes no difference to me though as I still get lots of advice and support from mumsnetters!

flashingnose · 24/02/2005 10:42

Oh no I was joking .

DillyDally · 24/02/2005 10:44

Thank goodness else I would have felt awful.

flashingnose · 24/02/2005 10:45

That's the only problem with MN, you couldn't see my Cheshire Cat grin as I was typing.

Prettybird · 24/02/2005 11:05

Tissy - I mentioned you! You work at Crosshouse Hospital (I think). You also shop occasionally at Breahead.

In the same posting I mentioned Toothache and her male chauvinist colleagues.

See, I remember the Scottish mumsnetters!

One day we might even meet - there is a meet-up planned for this coming Sunday, lunch time at Buzzy Wares in Pricnes Square

TwoIfBySea · 24/02/2005 22:17

Pretty much, I stopped reading it after a while as it batters the old self-esteem when you realise nothing you say is of any consequence. Was thinking of changing my name to Invisible but that sounds too 60s cartoonish.

Ah well, I get ignored pretty much anyway so, to quote a film "For me the Internet is just yet another way of being rejected..."

I carry on regardless..

nelly59 · 04/03/2005 20:27

everyone seems to know everyone else and it is difficult to get any replies but I am still trying (well everyone says so anyway!!!
