We are posting on behalf of the researcher:
Have you ever swallowed your anger because you didn't want to be seen as "difficult" or "hysterical"? This is at the heart of the research I'm conducting for my Masters at Goldsmiths University: how historical stereotypes about "angry women" impact women's ability to express our emotions today. I'd love to chat with women about their real experiences with anger. This research has full ethics approval from Goldsmiths DREC, and identities will be kept entirely confidential.
Who I'm looking for: Women aged 30+ who'd be willing to share their experiences and insights about anger in a 60-minute chat via video call.
We'll talk about:How you experience and express anger
- Whether societal expectations affect how you show (or don't show) anger
- Your thoughts on how attitudes might have changed over time
If you're interested in participating or have any questions, please email me at [email protected]
Thanks, Rebecca
