Yes, I guess I should have asked chat GPT myself before posting. So it ends up in authoritarian socialism or theocracy, is either an outcome supporters of Islamic socialism want? Are they not aware? Or is the idea it will be different this time as it will be done properly?

Hmmm. I think the issue with Islamic socialism is that it is very different from Western Socialism. Western Socialism is atheistic and anti religion, but they seem to only be anti Christian, seeing it as a colonialist and Imperialist- religion being 'the opium of the people'. However, a lot of the time they see Muslims as innocent victims of oppression, and think that once they have been enlightened they will throw off the shackles of their religion (which in itself is a form of colonialism-imposing Western atheism onto a theist society). Islamic socialists (Like traditional Christian socialists, many of whom were founders of the Labour party) see Islam as part of their socialism. I suppose because they have Islam as part and parcel of their socialism, it is easy to then say 'Islam also says Y' and impose authoritarian rule, in the same way Communist dictators do with Socialism. Socialism and Islamism, which is essentially a Far Right ideology, both become authoritarian the further to the Right and Left they go, because they feel that the ideology is more important than the rights of the individual, even when it comes to their right to life.

Its always good to debate but as everyone will not always have done previous research or have previous knowledge etc i hope it helped without derailing the thread

Yes, it is inevitable if we allow them any power. For those of you , which in my opinion is the vast a majority, who don’t know or realise what Islam is about or their intentions- their sole intention is to convert the whole planet to Islam. You may believe this is far fetched but that’s what’s so insane about the whole ideology. Of course not all Muslims BUT those who want it will not stop until they get their own way which is why you dont give them any footholds whatsoever. Believe me when I say they’re the new crusaders. And they’re nasty. Who would believe that today in Britain we have people intent on forcing this country to uphold Sharia law. They already have Sharia courts and the authorities know and accept them. Saying that overall British laws are supreme. But they’re still amongst us. Mainly to control and punish their women. They despise the western way of life. These honour killings are never simply the father , brother or uncle murdering their daughters or sisters. They have been sanctioned for death through Sharia courts. We are going down a very dangerous rabbit hole. We have convicted terrorists running as councillors in Bradford and Birmingham! What the hell is going on and why isn’t it all being stopped?

Obviously not. People hide behind religion, if they have extreme views and ambitions. In fact, Trump does it too.
