Hi there,
We've received the following request.
Thanks,
MNHQ
I'm an editor and writer with The Sunday Times and I am compiling a book which will be published by Harper Collins in April 2026. The book will be a collection of real-life stories from women and men and it will cover the challenges they faced on the path to parenthood; everything from miscarriage and IVF to ectopic pregnancy, medical termination, secondary infertility, stillbirth and illness such as cancer.
The stories will recount individuals' experiences of egg/sperm donation, surrogacy, adoption etc and coming to terms with not having a child. The aim is for the book to serve as a hopeful resource for those still on their journey. It was inspired by my own experience of recurrent miscarriage, IVF and egg donation.
If you'd like to share your story, you can submit it via www.lovelosshope.co.uk. Contributors can be named or anonymous, as they wish and the deadline is 30 June
