Videos of events in schools

Hi everyone. I am currently on maternity leave and am thinking of starting a company where I believe there is a gap in the market. It's all about videoing events in schools. Due to safeguarding, I believe most schools don't allow parents to take photos or videos of events that happen in school. Is that correct? I would be interested to hear parents views on whether they would be in interested of a product that stored videos securely so that schools could take videos and share them with parents. Other safeguarding features would be included. Just looking to see what the general feeling would be for something like this.
I am based in the UK so things may be different in other countries.

Our school takes its own videos and once edited gives the parents a safe link to view it.

No problems with photos, specific races on sports day etc have an announcement of no photos for safeguarding reasons but the rest are fine to capture.

I can't see them paying for the privilege of an external company doing it for them.
