Time for the new thread ...

Am on iPad and have no time to link to the Spreadsheet, but please talk here! Will do links later (unless some kind soul could do them for me)

How have we suddenly got to week 6, that's gone really quickly.

0.6 down for me but a loss is a loss and also have made a mental note not to mix the colours of my peppers up again, stupid me.

Fab to see such great losses, I think I will try and up the water a bit this week.

fitflopqueen · 09/06/2014 10:50

one week in and 3lb down, so good start for me.

linesandlines · 09/06/2014 11:23

Gah. 1.5lbs on. No explanation for it except last night I dreamed I fell off the wagon (very glad to wake up and realise I hadn't borked it) and this week there has been plenty of matter in and no matter out IYSWIM..... Hoping that when I eventually do drop the kids off at the pool I'll have a good loss for next week.

F1onajb · 09/06/2014 11:26

STS .... at least I didn't put on. Well done everyone.

colette · 09/06/2014 11:38

I am weighing myself on Wednesdays but have gone down a bra size
( back) even though i didn't think I had lost much weight !

Birdinacage · 09/06/2014 11:39

Well I am 1/4lb up this week, sts up to yesterday and then scales were up this morning. No real reason why so I will be upping the water and fat intake and hopefully things will get moving again. Well done to everyone with losses, sympathies with those who have sts/gained, bring on the woosh fairy.

Bugsylugs · 09/06/2014 12:01

Well done those that have lost. Sympathies to those that have sts or gained.

2lb off for me have to say should not have been but am pleased. But still loosing it all off the top half of my body which is fine. Go from the bum and hips please.

Hope all have a great week

GuyMartinsSideburns · 09/06/2014 12:15

Well according to scales Ive put the 2lb I lost last week back on, but I can assure you I haven't cheated and Ive been running on sundays (would like to do more but no one to have the children for me in the week) and walking everywhere as usual. I can now get my old size 10 jeans on and finally do them up but not so well that I can actually wear them yet Grin so Im not too bothered about the scales today as obviously something is working! Cant wait to see the back of these maternity jeans, its proving stubborn to lose the weight on my hips and thighs! If I remember I'll take down some measurements and start to keep track of those.

Im also wondering if weighing myself first thing before Ive a) been to the loo (soz tmi!) and b) with large breastfeeding boobs would cause much difference to my 'actual' weight. I was also very thirsty in the night and so kept waking for a drink, I wonder if I may have been weighing that too!

So anyway, Im keeping on keeping on, drinking lots and currently roasting some pork that I'll do for tea with salad etc

spamm · 09/06/2014 13:54

Hi - can somebody please put my weight on the spreadsheet for me - 203.5. Thank you - I still do not have permissions, but I suspect it is something to do with computer settings at work.

Well done everybody - it seems like everybody has seen some movement, even if they have not lost weight, or even put something on, they seem to seeing changes in their body, which is fantastic. Let's keep it up!

I want to get below 200lbs - that will be my next milestone to make me smile.

spamm · 09/06/2014 13:59

Pseudo - this is the brand of almond and coconut butter here, but I do not know if it is available in the UK. I live in the USA.

Hissy · 09/06/2014 14:13

I'm here again , renewed purpose and vigor. will weigh in tomorrow. cos I forgot today!

MonserratCaballe · 09/06/2014 14:15

I forgot to weigh before I was brought a cup of tea in bed, so I'll weigh tomorrow

Well done to all the losers and a manly clap on the shoulder to the STSers and those who have gained a little.

Just eaten ham with guacamole. Realised I managed to miss breakfast as I was running late and wasn't really hungry. Hurray! Swum a mile and a half too. Double hurray! AM definitely squidgy round the middle. Hope it goes soon. I am on this week which isn't helping but am sticking to the programme (or thereabouts - am keeping any (very small) indiscretions to myself!)

Thanks to BIWI for her benign leadership and to Stunt for holding the fort in her absence

Lighthousekeeping · 09/06/2014 14:16

I've avoided this place for two weeks. I went to a wedding last week which lasted four days. My IBS was shocking when I got back. I actually had to go off sick. All self inflicted. I'm back on with a passion today though.

BIWI · 09/06/2014 14:24

Look! A really interesting piece of innovation for all those of us who

I'm here. I didn't really want to have to leave as I find it so helpful. I've had a very sincere private message from trashcan and we have decided to draw a line and move forward.

This week I am 1lb down overall. Gained 4 last weekend but lost 5 since so a net 1lb loss.

Since March 21st that will be 24lb. :)

I have 5 weeks until our annual family holiday and nothing planned in between so am determined to work hard at getting a few more pounds off until then.

Have a good day everyone x

StuntNun · 09/06/2014 14:31

Well I for one am glad you're sticking around Pingu SmileSmileSmile

spamm · 09/06/2014 14:50

Yay Pingu - we all need all the support we can get! So glad you are here - and I am in awe of the 24lbs. I hope to imitate you!

lowcarbforthewin · 09/06/2014 14:53

Glad you are still here Pingu.
I had lamb chops for lunch, they were good.

olivesnutsandcheese · 09/06/2014 14:56

That is a genius idea Grin - thanks for the link BIWI

s:ff yog and cream
d: marinaded chicken with more salad or roasted cauli

water : 1.5 litre so far - need lots more

linesandlines · 09/06/2014 15:35

I'm glad you're staying too, Pingu, even if we did start at the same time and you've lost more than twice as much as me. Wink

Birdinacage · 09/06/2014 15:53

Yay Pingu you're doing so well I'm glad your sticking around and that you and trash have cleared the air. Hopefully things will move forward and everyone can get on with bootcamping happily together again.

I bought almond butter and coconut oil in my weekly shop this week and the delivery man has just dropped it off so I will be trying my hand at making fat bombs and BPC this week, excited face Grin.
