Attitudes surveys repeatedly report that large cohorts of the population think women are partly or entirely to blame if they are raped under certain circs.
Depressingly, these attitdudes are more widespread in younger people.
The reaction towards lots of people towards women when famous men are on trial for rape is repugnant.
I do believe that we have large societal issues when it comes to rape and sexual asssault, either committed by men that are liked or admired, or where the victim is not "perfect".
It is not just men who feel this way. To pretend it is, minimises the problem.
